Haven’t even gotten our food yet and I regret coming here. Lady up front was rude, and server would cut us off as we gave him our order. Poorly trained staff.

Olivia was fantastic. The new flavors were good and you can't beat bottomless sides. Management is always engaged with the experience, but the servers are what keep us coming back.

Good food and burgers. Burgers and fries well cooked. Food could use more seasoning but good. Service is good but minimalistic. No silverware unless needed and self pay at table but attentive to our needs.

Beware of the $3.00 entertainment charges if you play with the tabletop game on the table. Food is average bar food at best

This was only my second time visiting a Red Robin (the first time being overly 20 years ago in another state, and I don't remember my experience there). I'm not really a burger or chicken sandwich kind of girl, so I ended up just getting an appetizer platter. It was ok enough. My husband ordered a burger at the table, but then got him free burger to go (Veteran's day free burger for military). Later at home we shared his free burger, reheated in the microwave. It was DELICIOUS. A reheated burger is definitely hard to pull of, but it definitely got be believing in Red Robin. Now I have to go back to try a fresh burger.

Red Robin is known for their burgers and tasty appetizers. The drink menu has some seasonal offerings which seemed enticing. The service was pretty good with several people attending to our table. Overall we had a very nice experience for our party of four adults.

I usually am not the one to leave a bad review unless it’s absolutely called for. But last night my family and I went to this Red Robin on Elliot Road in Tempe, for dinner, after being seated, we kindly asked the waitress if there was a possibility to turn the air-conditioning down as we were sitting under a vent, she proceeded to roll her eyes and jerk her neck back and said I can eventually do that. let me get your order?
This came off very unprofessional and very standoffish to the point where I snapped back and said to her “well that would be great if you could do that” with my eyes rolled and my neck snapped, she didn’t appreciate that which as a customer I did not initially as well.
She then continued her rudeness while asking us “ what’s your order” and at that moment my family and I decided to leave as I felt the relationship of waiter and patron was tarnished and I didn’t trust that our food would be handled with care after such an incident.
This young waiter needs to go back to training and understand as service in the restaurant industry , should always be the promise and if she cannot provide that, then she should no longer work in an established business that calls for it as a brand.
I give two stars because although this individual needs to work on themselves, we are still fans of Red Robin as we’ve been coming here for years specifically here on Elliott Road, but after we left, we proceeded to go to the one on Chandler Boulevard which there we were greeted with a smile and with a waiter named Ricardo that represented the brand Red Robin like we are used to, with great service, great attitude, and with good teamwork with the other coworkers, which to note was servicing a very crowded Chandler Boulevard location.
This will now be our new location we go to even though Elliot Road is closer Chandler Boulevard won the night and earned our business.
Which you will see my five star review for them next.

The wait was ridiculously long even though it wasn't even remotely busy. The waitress had an attitude from the beginning and my husband waited more than 10 minutes with an empty cup while we were waiting for our food. I understand being frustrated with the kitchen but that's when you up the charm with your table..
