Never ordering take out again! I normally eat in, but this time ordered to carry out. I was JACKED ON THE BREAD AND SALAD. It was good but horribly short-changed on quantity over quality. I was given one slice of bread and a so small salad. Same price as mine in, but JACKED all the same. Eat in from now on. Lesson learned.

We went New Year’s Eve and had a great experience. Only complaint was that the meatballs were lukewarm and the chicken parm was overcooked. Lasagna, salad, and cannoli were outstanding.

Extremely Disappointed – Decline in Quality and Service

We’ve been going to Rigatoni’s since 1999, back when they were located on Arizona Avenue. Sadly, I have to say they’ve gone downhill in every way.

First, the prices have gone up substantially, while the portion sizes have shrunk considerably. On top of that, the quality of the food has taken a noticeable hit.
Our last visit about a month ago left us disappointed, but we assumed it was a one-time issue. We decided to give them another chance—unfortunately, it was more of the same.
Not only was the food underwhelming, but the service was terrible. Our waitress never looked us in the eye, never smiled, and didn’t even greet us properly. We were honestly shocked. We ran out of bread and had to ask three times for more. It finally arrived 20 minutes after the first request.
I ordered my favorite dish—Chicken Parmesan—and it was an absolute letdown. The chicken was barely 3.5–4 inches long, less than 3 inches wide, thin, heavily breaded, dry, and overcooked—all for $17.99 (see attached photo).
Never again! It’s truly disappointing to see what has become of this place after so many years of dining here. I cannot recommend it anymore.

Very nice staff. Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken was very good. Large portion, my wife and I shared and still did not finish.

The food is good. The entrees hit the table with all the appetizers and plates still on the table though and then I found myself holding an entree while the runner looked at me like they didn’t know what to do. Clear the table before you put the entrees down.

This has been my favorite restaurant since I was a child. The staff is so kind and work together so great, you can tell there's a lot of pride in every area of the restaurant. Lunch specials are amazing just make sure to get there early or call ahead! Thank you Rigatonys for so many great years.
