Rubio’s Coastal Grill is one of my go-to spots! I’m a huge fan of their Taco Tuesday deals — the tacos are always fresh, flavorful, and a great value. The ingredients taste super high-quality, and everything comes out fast without feeling “fast food.”

The Shrimp Trio Special is another favorite of mine — it’s a perfect mix of textures and flavors, and the shrimp is consistently cooked just right. Whether I’m grabbing a quick lunch or an easy dinner, Rubio’s never disappoints. Highly recommend if you’re craving something fresh and satisfying!

The service is always warm and inviting.
I regret I only remember the young ladies name who is amazing but she was on duty around 3:00pm-3:30pm on Monday.
The pinto beans and the salsas are my favorites.
The mahi-mahi tacos are my go to and I am never disappointed.
The place is always clean.
The food not only tastes good but is a healthier version, so I don’t feel guilty afterwards.

Food is great and the lady working is nice. She’s the only one, it’s 8:30 and the dining room just closed, there are three times as many people waiting for food than there are eating. There’s a line at the door. The food is great but this place is managed poorly.

Big girl in the front got my order wrong was being super polite and she was just rude I told her I wanted a bowl gives me a taco plate when I came back to change my order she insisted that I order the taco plate she’s super rude not professional at all never coming back to this place
