Food is great and the lady working is nice. She’s the only one, it’s 8:30 and the dining room just closed, there are three times as many people waiting for food than there are eating. There’s a line at the door. The food is great but this place is managed poorly.

Big girl in the front got my order wrong was being super polite and she was just rude I told her I wanted a bowl gives me a taco plate when I came back to change my order she insisted that I order the taco plate she’s super rude not professional at all never coming back to this place

Taco Tuesday! The fish tacos are amazing. I've been going to Rubios for years. Always great.

There always packs inside all the time, and there keep clean restaurants inside the bathroom all the time! And there are very helpful friendly people. And there are always, many people inside.

Great food as always. And you get plenty for what you pay for

Spoke to Sam the assistant manager refused to let me speak to the store manager because of a fraudulent customer who used my card to purchase over 100$ of tacos. I live in California and all I wanted was to speak to the store manager so he could assist me and protect other customers from this but very rude.

For as much as they charge for a shrimp taco, you would think that they could afford to put a decent amount of shrimp in them. But when I got home, with my trio shrimp tacos, I discovered that I had paid almost $16 for a total of 8 shrimp between the 3 tacos! Yes you did the math correctly, there were only 3 in 2 of the tacos and 2 in the last one! This happened a couple of other times at this location in the past. You'd think I'd learn! Maybe you will learn from my mistakes!

Should have walked out and not ordered after seeing the signs. Dirty tables, dirty bathroom with no soap, dirty salsa station. Felt fine all day and 2 hours after eating here began violently puking and spewing feces. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!
