Great selection of burgers, sandwich's, burritos and breakfast served all day. Fair prices. Daily specials. Good sized potions. Great options for beverages and iced coffee. Lunch time is crowded.

I got attitude because I wanted to know the available dipping sauces for my sandwich.
I asked “what sauces do you have”

“What do you mean?”
“What sauces do you have?”
“We have the regular sauces?”

“Okay so what are they??”

Such a weird encounter

The food is excellent and the portions are generous. The hardy scramble burrito is a must have.

Sacks Sandwiches at Hardy is a cozy neighborhood gem for breakfast in Tempe. Their Tempe Breakfast Sandwich, packed with eggs, spinach, feta, tomato, avocado, bacon, and cream cheese on grilled sourdough, hits the spot every time. I also love how they keep breakfast creative with options like the Ponchos Sandwich on a pretzel roll or hearty burritos loaded with steak or chorizo. The crew is welcoming and laid-back, always ready to walk you through the menu. The small plaza location makes it feel tucked-away and charming, while the fresh, flavorful sandwiches keep drawing me back. Perfect start to the day.

I took one bite of my sandwich and it brought me back to my childhood. I would visit a local deli by the beach called The Cheese Shop and get a very similar sandwich to the Symphony. It’s the little things that make life big, like a simple sandwich done right.

I came in very close to closing time and hadn't realized it. The man behind the counter said they were only serving cold sandwiches at the time. I looked at the menu then turned to walk out, as I came in to get a Reuben. The man behind the counter asked me which sandwich i came in there for and I told him. He then calls out to cook and asks what are the odds he can make me a Reuben. The cook gave the man a thumbs up and 15 minutes later I had what can be described as the perfect Reuben. It didn't last the car ride back to work. On top of that, the man behind the counter put a complementary pasta salad in my bag which was equally as delicious. Truly top-notch service and quality.

Ate lunch here this afternoon with friends and couldn’t have enjoyed it more. From the young man at the counter that took our order to the last bite of my Remington sandwich it was a great experience! Great to see an owner operator restaurant nail it when it comes to both food and service. Well worth the drive from Gilbert!!!

Delicious food and it's really interesting that the sandwich shop is BY FAR the better breakfast option in the area.

Last week, I ordered a breakfast bowl, but the eggs were cooked too hard. All other times I've gone here, it has been excellent.
