The deli has awesome chicken but a few of the employees need customer service training..The redhead yelling at other employees, the male employee looks bored as hell, the others look miserable and rude..I don't think there is one person who works in this deli who enjoys their job..not sure if it's management issues or personality flaws but let's get this fixed asap

The deli has really improved over the last few months..A special thank you goes out to Bonni for being so patient with my elderly mother and recommending a delicious pasta salad for us..We will definitely be back

The biggest thank you to Laura, manager in the floral department for the most beautiful, elegant, radiant and aromatic bouquet of flowers. She was so accommodating in creating the most stunning floral arrangement to adorn our reception for a big meeting with our executives from corporate. It was admired by everyone in our office!

Pay close attention to what you buy here. Bought a bag of washed, ready-to-eat green beans that looked okay from the outside, but turned out to be slimy with several spoiled beans in the middle. Credit customer service with a quick no-questions refund, but still, I had to make a second trip just for that.Bought a bottle of Claude's brisket marinade and only after I got it home did I discover it was labeled 5 months past its sell-by date. Sure, I should have checked in the store, and will from now on, but I guess I didn't expect that a Safeway would be selling expired bottled goods.On top of this they always--always!--seem to be out of grocery carts at the entrance, and you have to go scrounging in the parking lot before you can shop. This supermarket always used to work for me, but now I am not so sure. Maybe they think that since many if not most of their customers are ASU students, they can cut corners? Maybe time to drive another few blocks down Rural to the Fry's?

Customer service manager Emily is very rude. Went in to make an SRP bill payment with my debit card. Come to find out their system isn't setup for SRP bill payment. She did a refund but now have to wait 24 hours for it to be refunded to my bank account. She was very rude and not at all empathetic.For a customer service manager you think she'd be the example to her employees yet her helper was more apologetic than she was.

Today I only went for the ATM and there were 3 Food Trucks in the parking lot for Food Truck Friday. Most of the time the store gets 5 stars.

I like to do my grocery shopping here, as it's clean and not overcrowded. Haha! My favorite product is the mango mochi ice cream and pomegranate fruit bar One important thing to keep in mind is to download their app and check "just 4 u" offers!

I am so irritated! Lady hardly put any strawberry filling in the middle of my cake I went to the store and specifically ordered this small cake for $20 and requested to have lots of fresh strawberries and gel filling! instead the lady did the opposite and hardly put anything in the middle of the cake. I paid $20 for this very small cake. they had another cake on display with a filling that I did not like so that's why I ordered. I'm mad they did not give me what I paid for. We bought another cake that was pre-made and that has a whole lot of filling inside of it. I really want my money back because we couldn't really eat the cake for our Halloween party because it was too dry and had no flavor inside and tasted crappy I just hate that! I'm so irritated that at the fact that they skimp me of my money and it was a tiny ass cake in the first place that I paid $20 maybe some one is just mad because Trump is about to be voted out of office. I think I have past reviews about the bakery but we've been coming to this location for several years only because they always did a great job making cakes. I'm very disappointed about the Halloween cake even my kids would not eat itBut everyone else loved the other cake because it had lots of filling

Start to finish watched 2 cashiers embarrass a customer over the wrong price, the cited "past" experiences and said for him to leave, all he did was say his salad was over priced, they CAUSED a scene, OVER reacted and you could tell the male cashier was acting stressed over nothing, the guy simply was rude and angry at this guy who was just saying "the salad is 99 cents on Just for you" even showed him on the app. I was right behind the customer and this cashier CAUSED it all.

You advertise Snuggle Fabric softener for $3.99for150oz. but when I went several times you never had any. I was given a rain check on 4/1/19 I have been to 7 stores none on shelf. I visited your store again where I was told it sold out so fast we cant get any from the manufacture . Hm them why does Walmart, Fry's have it in stock. I am very disappointed in your excuses I think you realized what a mistake YOU made and you are just not stocking until you are sure no one has a valid rain check. I am sure by May 5th if I go to any Safeway I will see it on the shelf. Shame on you Safeway.
