We have always used this Salad and Go and have had good salads until tonight. The Thai salad had old, wet lettuce, inedible and falling apart and the chicken was overcooked. Everything was wet; there was no need to pour water on this salad! Wet lettuce can become moldy. Clearly this was not a fresh salad and we are disappointed.

This place was awful. Not only were the portions small but everything in the Cobb salad was missing on both the ones ordered. The avocado was the only thing in there and it was brown.

Obsessed with their traditional burrito! They are a great size burrito! But I did not come on here to talk about the burrito I came here to appreciate the worker Chris that works at this location. I ordered a traditional burrito and when I received a missing item I called salad and go and Chris was such and amazing positive character that he immediately gave me options what I can do and fixed my issue with no hassle! This man deserves a raise and 100 hrs of PTO! You Rock Chris! Wishing you nothing but amazing things!!!

My salad looks like it's something that had been chopped up the week before serving.Not a good experience at all the lady that gave the salads was very sweet but the quality of the salads where not well at all

Salad and Go is such a great concept and we loved the quality, convenience and price points when it first opened. Since last spring the quality had dramatically changed and last week it was as bad as it gets. The lettuce was wet and some of it had brown edges. There was pool of water at bottom of the bowl from the lettuce and it grossed me out so I threw away half the salad. Now I could never go back it was so bad. I looked into why its gotten so bad and they had a new CEO start in the spring who obviously changed their standards. The previous owners started Angie's Grill and for now they have excellent salads. This is why a business fails, cut costs, lower quality and think short term.

I just went through the drive-thru to grab a quick steak wrap. I ordered two wraps, substituted chicken for steak, and added bacon to both. I was charged for steak and bacon.
When I got home and opened the wraps, I realized they had made both with chicken 🤦🏻♂️. Very upsetting—especially since I even confirmed the order at the window before receiving it.
The worst part is that this isn’t the first time it’s happened to me at this location. That’s why I finally decided to leave a bad review. Unfortunately, poor employee performance is damaging this business.

Does papa have to show y’all how to roll the tortilla properly? I have worked in kitchens making burritos and wraps before, now I’m a sushi chef. It’s not hard. If I can roll a tiny sushi roll then you should be able to roll a wrap. EVERY TIME THEY ARE SLOPPY AND FALL APART. No I won’t go to your link to address this further. Either fix it or I won’t be giving you business and tell everyone
