I don’t know what’s happened to this location. Back in January I had enough. On 3 separate occasions they either forgot something or on 1 occasion gave us a different salad. Tried again today, guess what? They forgot something.

Used to love this place but the quality and service has fallen off a cliff. It is readily apparent that the new group that purchased Salad and Go from the original ownership group has prioritized profit and value over the food and customer experience.
Notably, the quality of produce in the salads has declined significantly. Quality control and standards have also gone out the window. The produce seems cheaper and less fresh, but the prices have only gone up.
Sad to see a once great chain fall so low.

Took over 15 minutes to get food even after I ordered online ahead of time and made sure to show up after the ready time and checked in. This was at 9:20am on Wednesday... the order was only 3 burritos lol. Also I paid an extra dollar to add bacon to one of them, and didn't get it.

Came by tonight to order the deal where you buy more than five salads and get each for $5. I didn't know what the deal was called so I quite literally said "I'm not sure what it's called but can I do the deal where I can buy more than 5 salads and pay $5 for each one?" The girl who took my order laughed at me mockingly before saying "Yeah okay." snarkily. I proceeded to order 6 salads and the girl just said "Total at the window." When I got to the window she was just leaning on the window and treated me as if I'd inconvenienced her and the team by ordering. Thankfully she got the salads correct but it's left a bad taste in my mouth and I may have to find a new location that doesn't laugh at you when you order.

I always order the sweet heat breakfast bowl and I love the sweet potatoes and I usually order an extra serving. The staff does not have integrity to tell the customer they do not have enough to charge me extra. Instead they charge me for extra and then proceed to give me less than the normal amount of sweet potatoes.

This location is not vegan or allergy-friendly. I've ordered from them a few times. Always a balsamic dressing Greek salad with no feta and no creamy Greek dressing. Each time there's something wrong. There were instances where large corners of plastic packaging were in the food, and feta cheese was added after confirming no dairy. I'm tired of it.
Whats the point in ordering a salad and you forget my dressing! It’s really annoying

Love salad and go, I won’t let one bad time define my whole experience. I usually get the buffalo chicken as a wrap. This time the bottoms quarter of it came with a hair. I was full… I didn’t need a refund, I didn’t call to let them know, so that’s on me. I have eaten at this location a handful of times. I have eaten at three other locations several other times as well. Will still go back, just maybe talk to staff about that? Thanks!
