Overall good customer service but lately I’ve been going and my salads have been non-existent or poor quality. Either I get old looking salad or it’s missing toppings. Ex: today I had a buffalo ranch salad that came with 1 cucumber and no croutons.

Usually never have and issue with salad and go but went today around 530 during my lunch break paid cash was not given a receipt and arrived back to work started to eat salad and my chicken was frozen solid and the black beans in my salad tasted sour! Very disappointed.

What a surprise Salad and Go was for me this week. I'm trying to be healthy so I give this place a shot and wow they earned a customer. Both salads I got had great portions and were super affordable. So affordable that I even got a drink. An Arnold Palmer which was also delicious! Definitely check this place out if you're looking for something healthy, affordable and delicious!

Dietary restrictions: This is where they continue to slack. More then 2 modifications to a salad causes standard items to be missed. This is the closet location to my job so I continue to try them. Then today I asked was my straw in the bag he said yes. We went to the park for lunch there was no straw or fork I had a spoon for my salad and a frozen lemonade

Received our Cobb salad. Only had chicken and egg on mixed greens. Ordered extra Brussels sprouts on Autumn salad and paid extra. Only received 3. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this location.
went to grab a salad and the fat extremely overweight workers just ignored me for 5+ mins there wasnt 1 single person there ordering or anything so i left. all the workers look like they dont shower or they need to be eating salad only for meals. get some new workers jeeze no wonder it was completely dead when i was there

One star. Ordered two wraps the exact same way, no pico or avocado, even says it on the receipt. Sure enough both of them had pico and avocado. Second time having issues at this location. I ain't coming
Dang this is probably the worst Salad and Go I've been to thus far in terms of service. Ordered 2 salads, 1 wrap, and 1 drink via the phone app. All came out wrong and had to remind them of having purchased a wrap at the window - at least they didn't forget my dressing like others have mentioned ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I go to a few locations, mostly Chandler and Mesa. I typically order ahead so I can walk up and grab my order vs. waiting in the always long drive through line. This is the only location where they literally will just ignore you, whether you're in the Mobile drive through in your car at the window or standing there in front. 22 minutes they literally didn't even look the way of Mobile customers - finally a man tapped on the window to get an update. Maybe a design flaw as the drive through seems to be their only priority (I'm assuming the timers set for them to beat is the reasoning), but unfortunately it only forces them to ignore any other customers not in the drive through. If it's too much, or staff is too busy - turn off mobile ordering rather than ignore people.
