I have just been so done with this salad and go, they always mess up on an order. They have not got my order right once and I order online which should be easier. Do not come to this place because you’ll be disappointed. They need to change their management and their employees to be better because this is just unacceptable.

I just picked up two green chili soups, a salad, and a couple drinks. When they handed me my bag, the soups had already exploded in the bag because they were tossed in sideways. The girl at the window was friendly, took my bag, and said she’d fix it. When I got home, the chilis were both - nothing but broth. No beans or chicken in either. They also forgot to re-add the tortilla strips, which is fine because I won’t be eating the chili broth anyways. I’d go back again if my lunch break wasn’t over. Two stars because at least she smiled before she killed my fiancé and I’s lunch.

Im a big fan of this concept and have exceptional service. I recently had an issue with my salad with a miscommunication on adding lettuce to the salad. I contacted Salad and Go who assisted me with the issue. I also went back to this location and they gave me a new salad due to the error. Everyone was extremely nice, attentive to the issue, and have exceptional customer service.

Seriously. This is the 3rd time I have gotten soup, with absolutely nothing but broth in it. If you don’t have enough left to serve a legitimate serving , tell me and I will not order it. I do not want to pay for broth and a few pieces of onion. Super disappointing and a waste of my money and time.
She also spilled the soup all over my salad and had to remake my bag. Why do you guys always throw the soup in the bag sideways ? It’s soup, for god sake!
Gone downhill recently. I've been receiving orders with missing items. No apologies received for having to make the drive to get my order corrected too 👎
