I have a non anaphalactyc severe allergy of avocados. Very upset stomach, lose feeling in my mouth, rashes. I said no avocado in my wrap very clearly, I ordered on line and on the receipt ON THE WRAP it said no avocado, so I assumed it was safe. Wrong. How dare I assume that the receipt be correct and I am safe to eat my food. Thumbs down guys, deleting the app and no longer eating st this location. Also the tomato's are always rotten, never get the tomatos.

Ordered a salad with 2 jalapeño ranch dressings. They gave me one barbecue ranch dressing and one jalapeño ranch on accident. Fine whatever. Then drive back to change it to wind up arguing with 2 employees about swapping it out for a new one. If I tell you to change my food, you change it. It’s really as simple as that not sure what there is to argue about when my food is untouched. Stop arguing with your customers and do your job.

Drive thru is basically empty and I'm still being asked to wait. What is the point of having 2 drive thrus if you can't serve them both

Ordered food on the app to skip the line. Drove to location and arrived with zero traffic in the drive-thru. Still waited 15 minutes at the window in addition to the time it took to place the order and get here. Would’ve been better off just showing up and going through the drive thru. Have never had this issue at other locations, despite them looking much busier.
Edit: got home with my order to find that my Traditional Bowl was missing potatoes. Which is what makes it a different from the others. Fiesta bowl was missing sausage. And the “additional” avocado that is a dollar extra was one singular slice of avocado. Typically it’s about 4 slices.

Friendly staff amd delicious food. The service was a little slow but mostly because there were other cars in front of me. When i got the food, it did not disappoint. Very happy with the fresh vegetables and the dressing was great. It's hard to find such delicious salads. I had the autumn salad

Bought the saddest excuse of a breakfast burrito earlier. Should've taken a photo but it wasnt even worth taking up space on my phone. Huge tortilla but it had like 1 egg's worth of scrambled egg and very little sausage. Would've gotten more food from a taco bell burrito. I think ill go there next time instead.
