So it's Wednesday the 29th at noon we came to get pizza me and my kids what cheeses were on the four Pizza she had an absolute attitude and refuse to answer then got a huge attitude because I said you don't know what cheeses then refuse to sell me a ranch she's a black lady by the way not too sure what her name is

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. If I could give zero stars, I would. The African American woman working the counter had a disgustingly bad attitude, it genuinely seemed like she was upset just for having to do her job.
My husband and I came in with our kids to grab some pizza. My husband was ordering for himself and the kids since I had gotten something else to eat, but the entire interaction was rushed and unpleasant. Her tone was rude from the start. When my husband politely asked if he could get marinara sauce on his ziti pasta, she cut him off mid-sentence and snapped, “ANYTHING else?” completely uncalled for. She then slammed the pizzas and pasta onto the counter, and when we pointed out that one pizza was missing, she threw it onto the warmer, boxed it once it was ready, and slammed it back down again. To make things worse, while we were sitting down eating, she walked by and gave me the nastiest death glare I’ve ever gotten. If you hate interacting with customers that much, maybe this isn’t the right job. There’s no excuse/reason for being rude and disrespectful to paying customers who have done nothing wrong. I genuinely don’t understand how someone with such behavior is still employed, management needs to address this asap, seeing as I’m not the first person to leave a review about her disgusting attitude.

Bad service they always run out of pizza! How a pizza place always out of pizza! I don’t get it, it happens twice

Horrible service whoever this lady is with purple hair had a horrible attitude. Didn’t make eye contact and was really rude. The other lady understood and apologized and helped but yeah. Won’t be back.

Not sure if Sbarro is to blame, but customer service is this country is death. This place is not the exception. Food is whatever for a fast food. customer service non existent. Yet a long wait time for sure, all this for a freaking slide of pepperoni pizza.

$5 for a sad looking Caesar salad .Lettuce cut in long strips ,a couple of croutons and that was it.
Will not be back.

Went for a quick pizza while I was going back to Tucson from a trip. the African American girl at the front desk was extremely rude. She rolled her eyes when we asked for a drink and rushed us to order our pizza. Gave us an old pizza and now both me and my boyfriend have been throwing up all night from it. And I’m pregnant which isn’t good for my unborn baby. I’ll be going to the ER if it gets worse and I will be making a formal complaint because we didn’t eat anything else besides the pizza she gave us.

Their soda machine was done so we bought bottles soda and they didn't have anything to open them with. They didn't tell us until after we bought them. The customer service was horrible.

Mama G is the bestt!! She treats us all like family and is so welcoming! The pizza is also amazing

There was an African American employee with a severe attitude problem. I am not sure if they were male or female. Had some type of head covering. They were mean unprofessional & rude. Even rolled eyes just for asking for help.
