I had forgotten how much I enjoy the sandwiches. Most locations--if not all--in Indiana have closed, so this was like meeting an old friend. Love the buns. The texture and taste are unique and paired perfectly with the smoked turkey. My wife got "very good" loaded baked potato soup and a large "side" salad. Counter staff was very friendly and place was clean and bright. Location is right on a corner with plenty of parking. Do yourself a favor and make a visit.

Schlotzsky's is one of our family's favorite restaurants. However, we visited this Schlotzsky's recently. We were a party of 5. We each ordered but my sister's order was completely forgotten. I had to go to the counter after waiting 15 minutes for her food and they acted like it was never submitted.

Order was wrong literally 3 times in a row. Any substitutions or not wanting an ingredient on your sandwich will be totally ignored.

I ordered my food. After 20 minutes I went to check on the food, they had no idea about my order. About 6 employees 4 standing around and they tell me they are under stuff. So I asked for a refund, one in the store knows how to do one. So I told the manager to keep my money as tip and left.

Food’s always been great, but I don’t appreciate being treated like a nuisance when asking to use the restroom or filling a water bottle.
Before reaching for my water bottle, I used the water from the fountain because they don’t have napkins. I was scolded for this. It’s not something I would typically do, but it can be frustrating dealing with all these locked restrooms.
Many stores allow folks to use these “customer only” restrooms out of compassion.
Had she been a bit more sympathetic or not sharp with her words, I may not have felt the need to write this.
I’m just glad I’m not her.
Also, the clerk clearly felt sorry for denying me entry, which I appreciated. I hope she doesn’t have to work with Mrs manager for much longer.
Sandwich wasn't cut all the way and Genoa salami was burnt. If you hate ur job don't take it out on the customers just get another one.

Overall, I had a great experience here! The food was fantastic and I really enjoyed the fresh cinnabons! They even sell just the middle 🤣 if you can't stand the crusty outside of them. I definitely recommend trying this place out, I was happily surprised by how good it was. It was like a decently priced Panera Bread, in my opinion.
