Schlotzsky's is one of our family's favorite restaurants. However, we visited this Schlotzsky's recently. We were a party of 5. We each ordered but my sister's order was completely forgotten. I had to go to the counter after waiting 15 minutes for her food and they acted like it was never submitted.

Overall, I had a great experience here! The food was fantastic and I really enjoyed the fresh cinnabons! They even sell just the middle 🤣 if you can't stand the crusty outside of them. I definitely recommend trying this place out, I was happily surprised by how good it was. It was like a decently priced Panera Bread, in my opinion.

I don't go to many sandwich shops, but I go to schlotzsky's because they have sourdough bread! They melt the cheddar on the bottom bun with black olives so they melt in. It's like having a delicious sandwich with a tiny hint of the toasty crunchy goodness of pizza.
I dunno
But I usually get a turkey original, can't say I've had the soups, and they sell cinnabons and I haven't gotten that either.
