Very nice tucked away place in the plaza, with a nice view of the fountain outside. The coffee was also good but a little grainy at the end.

With only one other person in the place, I was told to go to the other end yo order, and then completely ignored.

I was excited to try this place after hearing good reviews about them being so friendly, yet they wouldn't even look up for 2 seconds to say hello

Really wanted to like this place. Upon entering the girl behind the counter was just … miserable. No smile, couldn’t make out what’s she’s muttering as the machines drowned her muffled voice out. Coffee were fine hence the 3 start rating but bakery was lacking (seems like dry Costco baked goods) and the atmosphere was somewhat depressing. The lights inside were just dull and everything looked outdated. Unsure how this place is 4.7/5 but out experience was anything but that unfortunately. Will be trying sozo next and hope that’s much better!

I grew up in the area and use to visit all the time with my mom...its probably been 15+ years since I've been in and it brought back great memories walking in here yesterday. The coffee and service has always been incredible!

I used to like coming here. However the inconsistency is frustrating. 70% of the time my White Russian is chunky, or my tea is cloudy and bitter. Today was another one of those days. What’s worse is one of the employees was being rude to another customer next to me who was trying to use his stamp card. This cost me time. Time for a drink that tasted disgusting. I’m never coming back.

After avoiding this place for years due to inconsistent service, I'll be avoiding it once more. An employee gave me a filled-out stamp card as a 'free drink' for an error they made. But when I try to use it, the other employee says the stamps weren't lined up well enough, so they have me pay for both of my drinks. Even as I tried to explain that the stamp card is clearly filled, they were not having it. Horrible customer service at a time when people are already struggling.

Great little coffee shop in Southeast Tempe. Tucked away in the corner Plaza with Rigitonys. Great friendly and cute Baristas. Wonderful pastries and coffees with limited outdoor seating for now.

We've come here two times and the staff is very kind and friendly. The drinks are so delicious and very reasonably priced. We highly recommend.
