New to area, trying local fare & Pronto is close to home. Ordered two bowls online for take out; they have those flour tortilla bowls you don't see that often anymore. Easy to customize, fun to create. Went to pick up (very quickly) & it seemed to be off-time as no one was dining in-house. Clerk was super sweet. Brought out two huge containers (seriously, like picking up cakes from a bakery). She knew it was our first visit, wrote a nice note on boxes, gave me coupons...
Service would have been 5 star but a stupid drone thing brought the food out like a Roomba, slow and jerky movement. Good tasting if bland food that was warm, not hot not cold. Had soda water from the fountain and it tasted like the nozzles needed a good clean. Nothing terrible but also nothing to write home about
The food is amazing. The value is great! Best bean dip and salsa on the planet. The hours are strange. This sort of concept should be open until at least 9! Also, the kids portions were quite tiny.
