I was craving the pollo fundido SO bad and it was SO delicious as it always is. My service was top tier, got my food fast, the girl who took my order was so kind and friendly! If you want some yummy food and amazing service I would 10000% recommend coming here!

I enjoy the food here a lot, pretty consistent and good and the staff are very friendly but the the wait times are unbearable i almost always wait 30 minutes or longer so i decided this time to order online, i showed up exactly when i was supposed to and im still waiting an extra 15 minutes as i write this review. If you are coming to this location be prepared to wait!

The food is always good, but they suffer from their popularity. The lines are always long and the country is always chaotic, because they are SO busy! Even ordering ahead takes a long time because they are so slammed. The crew is always moving and they do a great job, but they is always a wait.

They consistently mess up your drive thru order. Check the bag before you leave. Then when you go back to explain their mistake they are not sincere with apology and nothing extra . 2 times in the last month and I don’t get to eat with my family cause I have to drive back so they can correct their mistake. This last time the remade combo was small quantity of food too. It’s like they made a mistake didn’t care and gave me less food.
I have emailed you 2 different times now as you requested yet no response back. Please reply to my emails

I had a delicious, machaca burrito, enchilada style. The best part of my meal was the ordering process... I was tired and exhausted after a long day of moving and thought that I had more money in my wallet than I actually did, so I was about 45 cents short. When I started to change my order to fit my budget, the kind woman told me not to worry about it and discounted my order to fit my unfortunate situation. Maybe it was because I was exhausted, but I was almost moved to tears by her kind and selfless act. (You just don't see this humanistic behavior much anymore, especially in corporate restaurants where the employees have no discretion.) Thank you to that lovely woman and to Someburro's for giving her the authority to show a simple act of kindness!
