The girl with brown hair and heavy makeup working the drive through has the most foul customer service. I mean it had me in shock how someone could be so proudly wrong. Just admit that you made a mistake?! She was so nasty to me over an order, telling me the order wasn’t there, she immediately told me shouldn’t be willing to help me. She needs to be let go immediately because she’s a liability and will lead this place to lose so much business.

The lady with the crunchy loose braids made it seem like it was my fault that her coworker didn’t communicate to her that I was here for my pick up order so she was extremely rude to me when I pulled up to the window (like they asked me to do) and her attitude got worse when I returned the favor.

Want to order to Masonic app suddenly they needed my phone number to be verified tried to verify the phone number went through numerous steps finally got to verified they forced me to log back into the app where I had to reverify the phone number with another code and I said I'm done. Corporate America needs to stop forcing their customers to jump through hoops so that we can spend our hard earned money at your institutions. I'm done I won't spend any more money at Sonic because I don't need to play these games

Rating this a three due to the prices now.. the service was about normal. Got a single burger, chicken bites, and a drink and that sent me over 20 dollars already.
The burger was a bit over-salted and didn’t have a lot of flavor.
The chicken bites sadly didn’t come with sauces and I had to end up buying two sauces which they now charge for.
Overall the experience was alright, wait time was decent, but waited another 6 minutes for two sauces.

The people working here are so damn rude and had five different cars waiting for 30 minutes because they “forgot” the orders. Then have the audacity to give me attitude when I said thank you. Doing all these other tasks besides making the orders and giving them to us. Milkshake was half full and overall terrible experience.

They were so kind to both accept it for my but also to hold it for 3 days until I found out and was able to collect it.
Talk about going above and beyond for customer service.
