1 Star — This Sonic is where hope goes to die.
If you value your sanity, avoid this Sonic on W Broadway like it’s leaking carbon monoxide. The app doesn’t work, the tap-to-pay doesn’t work, and apparently the app isn’t even run by Sonic??? (Wild that a fast-food place comes with a conspiracy subplot.)
Every visit is a new flavor of disappointment. I’ve been here four times and that’s four times too many. Missing food, broken systems, confusion, chaos — it’s like ordering from a fast-food multiverse where nothing makes sense.
The ONLY redeeming part is the drive-thru girl, who works harder than the management, the app developers, and the Fry Gods combined. She deserves a raise, a vacation, and a therapist. Management? Shouldn’t be trusted with a pencil.
Missing tots? Not refunded. Not replaced. Just vibes and pain.
Save yourself the headache — and the heartbreak — and go literally anywhere else.

IF YOU WANT TO BE HARASSED for just asking for what you order..this is the place for you!!!! 10/28 Just today I bought 2 different sonic blasts today and both had no reeeses..the second one had red and green stuff in and tasted horrible. I also pay for extra reeses and don't even get the regular amount. This happens at least half the time I go to u guys it's either good or abs no reeses. Thanx!! I go to u guys 4-5 times a week (for the sonic blast) and I'm just fed up of how half the time, my order sucks!!! And it's the ONLY thing I buy!! And im treated horribly. 11 /20/ 25 at 11pm.drive thru. Final straw the same girl every time so so so so so so rude and she always forgets to add my peanut butter and extra reeses (any at all..lottersly a couple sprinkles on top and.none in it) and this time I said something and of course I'm the jerk...that's crazy!! Im done!! No reeses at all and barely any peanut butter..... so me asking for what i ordered...is on me lol.....lmao lmao THAT BLOWS MY MIND. I'm a social worker and I can't imagine treating someone the way this girl does..the one with fake huge eyelashes.and everytime without fail..messes up my order...without fail!!!! No joke I get this 5 days a week this past couple weeks and I'm throwing in the Towel...i get harassed about fixing the order when they mess it up..with her, everytime.I had to physically show her there was no peanut butter ..so.o litterally showed her..she said it was at the bottom so i swirled it all around and nothing..no reeses and no peanut butter and she still would not fix ..the stank face she gave me...it was all so incredibly inappropriate and its happened like 4 or 5 times with this girl in 2 weeks!!!No thank u. GOODBYE SONIC!!!

Ordered a 5 dollar blended milkshake with brownie bits and peppermint. It came completely unblended with just a couple bits on top. I thought the main part of sonic is the ice cream bits they can’t even blend the blended ice cream and get that right.
Pressed the order button and waited 10 minutes until it reset. Pressed it again and yet another 10 minutes passed until it reset. It is clear this location does not care about their potential paying customers. They won't be getting business from me again and I suggest you, dear reader, don't give them your business either. Note: It was NOT busy

I love ice cream and live right by sonic so a few night a week I would get the reeses blast with extra reeses and peanut butter. The window girl is rude to me everytime I go there now and rather barely puts any reeses at all or no peanut butter. I even reached out to sonic about it and nothing. So I decided to stop going to this sonic. Dairy queen isn't much further and at least then I know I won't get a rude 20 year old and a messed up order.

I should’ve known something was up when we waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks and the guy was rude, then we get home and I’m drinking my shake and it tastes so sour and gross so I have my husband try it to see if it’s just me and it’s so bad we spit it out and pour it into a bowl to see and it’s slimy in inside and has a odor to it. So pissed and glad I tried some first before I gave it to my kid!!! Literal slime in inside and tasted and smelled funky.

They say they're 24 hours, but they're not. They stop talking orders at 2 a.m. If you stop taking orders at 2 a.m. you are absolutely not 24 hours. Why did I just waist 20 minutes of my time to get dressed and drive to sonic that says they're 24 hours for disappointment. I know it says take out stops at 2 a.m., so if 24 hours how do I get something after 2 a.m. if no one can get anything after 2 a.m. than you need to remove the 24 hours from your website.....it's misleading and dishonest. Now I've waisted 40 minutes of my time because I wrote this and still craving a strawberry slushy. First world problems!

Been coming to this location for 25 years.
worker said it would be 10 minutes but we were there for almost a whole hour and never got our order since we had an appointment. won’t rely on sonic for “quick” food

Went to get food and was ignore in the stall for over 15 minutes while some of the staff was out side laughing and joking so I went threw the drive thru and had to wait another 5 minutes for help didnt get what I ordered they acted like it was no big deal
