Ordered online tonight at 8:43pm for drinks and ice cream, arrived at Sonic 8 min later and did not receive my order until 9:35pm. Order was melted and sat at the table inside for over 25 minutes. When I mentioned our wait time to the car hop she gave us a dirty look and stated "yeah well we were really busyš" she quickly walked off before I was even able to say anything else. Horrible customer service and RUINED order. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

Prices just went up on a lot of staple items. Six dollars for a chicken sandwich thatās not Popeyes, seven dollars for a large popcorn chicken. The most expensive combo on the menu is $12.

We went there at 11 pm and had a few questions about the menu and how to order but the woman working there was so rude she made it seem as though it was our fault for asking her questions. The food was inedible as well. I would highly recommend not going anywhere near this place

New to the area and decided to try out what is now my local sonic. Upon getting there mind you this is honestly probably about the 3rd time Iāve ever even been to a sonic. I visited on 1/2/25 a bit later at night. Upon placing my order I couldnāt help but notice a mid height girl I think her name was Katelyn doing a lot at once. As someone who works in fast food I understand how stressful rushes can be. At the same time she was talking the drinks for all these orders she was also running them out to cars. That can be a lot at once. The person who took my order was a taller lady with long black hair who honestly sounded completely done with the day. Seemed less than thrilled that she had to go to work or maybe she was having a terrible day not really sure what was going on but the tone in her voice made me feel less than welcome there. My drinks were great and the service time was fine didnāt wait too long considering the level of the rush they were having but the lady who took the order definitely didnāt want to be there or should have went to take a deep breathe. You could take she was more than unhappy and the look the the crews faces you could tell they didnāt want to be around her. I assume she is in management due to the different uniform she had on. Over all 2/5 because the service time and drinks were fine but the vibes were not immaculate.

very rude staff will never return. my friend ordered cheese fries, i heard her, we get to the window and they hand us chili cheese fries, we immediately say this isnāt what we ordered, had to park and wait 10 mins for our fries, big girl at the window comes out and tells us we need to give the chilli cheese fries back okay no problem, there is a price difference between the cheese fries and chili cheese fries so i asked if they can refund my friend for the difference she stands there and accuses my friend of lying about what we asked for ?? ur taking back what we paid for and giving us a cheaper replacement with no offer of a refund, very rude very ghetto just go to the scottsdale location so much better not our fault ur speaker sucks and you canāt hear your customers.

The worst experience I've ever had. I ordered cheese fries and the lady asked what size I wanted, so I said "medium." When I pulled up to the window, I asked if those were the cheese fries, and she said yes. However, when I checked the bag, they were chili cheese fries. I told her they gave me the wrong order, and she asked me to pull ahead so they could remake it.
After waiting, she came to my window and immediately demanded the chili cheese fries back. I asked if I could get a refund since chili cheese fries are about $1.50 more expensive, and she refused, claiming her manager would need to talk to me. According to her, the manager had asked me multiple times if I wanted chili, but that never happened. I argued that I had ordered cheese fries, not chili, and she responded with attitude.
It wasn't worth continuing the argument, so I took my fries and left. This place essentially accused me of lying and stole from me. Do yourself a favor and drive to the Scottsdale location instead. I will never return to this one. If I could rate is zero stars I would.
Kaleena was fantastic! After my struggles of trying to order through the app she was completely patient with me through my struggles. I appreciate, her time to help me get what I wanted.

Ordered a sonic blast . Ate a little off the top just for it to expose a huge hole like my entire blast is hollow except for the sides. Do better sonic . This costs about 8 $

I ordered a peanut butter shake and the first four sips I took was of warm peanut butter globs. The peanut butter got saltier and warmer with each sip. When I asked them if I could swap it for a strawberry shake the manager was very nice and made that, however the strawberry shake was mostly chunks of strawberries for the first quarter and then vanilla shake for the rest.

I got to say the place is much improved with this night manager the employees and the manager Lindsay and Eden both are wonderful best customer service I've had in a long time and the food is awesome too and the specials in the app you can't beat it clean what more can I say other than I recommend this all day. šŖš¼ššš¼Thanks Chad

Do not go here on lunch.. after ordering it took 25 min to wait For the one car ahead of me.. very slow staff, horrible service I got up to the window and they hadnāt even started my order. They wanted me to wait an extra 15 minutes.
