We used Soul N Luv to cater our company holiday party. The food showed up late. I was attempting to contact the company when they did not show up on time and my calls were going to voicemail and I was getting no response. When the food showed up they needed to plug in the food and the heating trays were not working, the food was being served cold. The main contact I was communicating with, who owns the company, showed up late and still all the food we ordered was not there. I was told more is on the way. The whole experience was unprofessional. When I reached out after the event to get a resolution, money back, or to work out something since I paid upfront, I was again ghosted. Unprofessional and will not be using this company again.

We were at an event over the weekend that was catered by SoulNLuv. The food was over an hour late getting delivered to the venue. What was delivered was short and more food had to be delivered (and did not arrive until about 30 minutes before the event ended). Really poor service.
