I love Starbucks and get it often. I go to so many different locations. But let me tell youuu.... they never make a good Matcha! it's either way too sweet (you can't even drink it im not exaggerating i swear) OR you can't taste the sweetness at all. I leave everything (sweetness/matcha scoops) at default and I'm so confused how there's no in between whenever i order it. it always so tasteless or just super sweet.I get Starbucks a lot in Mesa locations(that's where the love of my life lives) so may be I'll stick in that area. Obviously no store/barista makes it the same, but they still taste good. Whereas here I haven't been able to get a good tasting matcha in as of yet. It's 2 min away from my house too but I only go to it when I'm feeling lazy. which is crazy it should be my go to. anyway I'll still getting matcha here on those random days... may be one day they will lock in.

We went through drive-thru and got 2 matcha lattes and I believe they forgot to put any sweetener on both! I always get this drink and this is the first time it is served so tasteless. Of course I couldn’t turn around to bring them back so that was my loss!

Delicious banana loaf as always! However, there is no more dine-in area; only grab-and-go and drive thru.
Tip: this is a good and safe location for a public meetup (ex. Facebook buy & sell).

Had a phenomenal customer service experience here with multiple employees from my initial phone call(to see if they could make my drink if I got there like a minute before they closed) that was answered by Jeff who was extremely polite and courteous,then when I got to the drive thru window I was greeted by Karen and Braven who both had smiling faces and welcoming personalities…they took the time to listen to me explain how the one and only one drink I get from Starbucks is made completely different every time I get it at different locations.. not only that they went above and beyond to come up with a suggested method on how to order my drink .. by the way it’s the “Frozen tropical citrus with strawberry puree energy drink)… these two with their welcoming, accommodating and cheerful personalities not to mention their patience coupled with their willingness(no hesitation and complexity unexpected by me) to brainstorm and problem solve was by far one of THE BEST customer service experiences I’ve had with any company hands down… I will be a repeat customer at this location for sure now.. thanks again to all three of you I truly appreciate it!!

Loved my Frapp. Got the White Mocha Chocolate Chip with Oatmilk. Tasted amazing, ready within 10min, ordered through the apps.

PSA. Unfortunately the dine in is no longer applicable for people who don’t want to do drive in. They only do pick up orders at their mobile order window (not drive thru window), you cannot go inside.

I recently visited the Starbucks at 1926 N Scottsdale Rd, Tempe, AZ 85288 on the corner of McKellips and Scottsdale road as I was leaving work. I ordered a grande Caramel Brulee Latte. When I received my latte, it felt a little lighter than it should have. When I pulled up to the light, I opened the lid, and there was a lot of coffee missing. It was filled with whipped cream. Once the whipped cream melted, my grande cup was filled less than halfway. I was running late for my meeting, so I couldn't go back in to make it right. I'm extremely disappointed that an almost $7 cup of coffee was given to me this way. The person making the latte knew how full it was and still gave to me the paying customer. I will most likely not stop at thos location again. I'm very disappointed in Starbucks as I look forward to their seasonal drinks every year 😕
