I had the best experience today in the drive through line with one of the Starbucks team members! It is Saturday January 18th at 8:30am, I didn’t get their name but the team member is a handsome young male with infectious energy who loves cats. He should be taken seriously in the industry and leaves customers with better energy than when they arrived. Happy new year!

Went thru drive thru, my coffee was Luke warm spoke to Ms Anisa who was very rude then spoke to Ms Madison who didn't know what to say, I just wanted a hot pumpkin Latte, Starbucks is usually very good. But yesterday's experience was almost enough to make me go to Dutch or another coffee place from now on. Service and coffee were terrible

This store is not bad when the staffs do use the alternative milk per instructions. But once in a while, they ignored the label and caused me issues.
