Made a drive through order for an oat milk latte. The clowns made me one with regular milk. I do double check labels to make sure I didn't miscommunicate. The label said oatmilk. So I drank it. I have major lactose intolerance. I'm now writing this review with a heavily bloated stomach and farting every minute. And their to ask for a tip on drive through orders is truly shocking!

I believe it was the store manager, on his apron it said “coffee house leader” he had glasses and his name was Lonnie. I asked for a drink ice and he gave me a hot drink but on the receipt it said ice. When I asked him to please remake it he said no this is what I ask for. I never been treated so disrespectfully before because usually at this location their so much kindness from the barista.

Wanted to give a shout out to shift lead Bry, Super kind and welcoming. It was super busy when I came in and he was on top of it with directing his staff and getting orders out well also taking orders himself. Had amazing customer service even though they were super busy was still very personable with me. Food and drink came out perfect and super quick, especially with how busy they were! Bry Really left a great impression on me, will definitely be back just for their customer service alone, the awesome coffee and food is just a bonus

My coworker and I picked up drinks Tuesday morning super early and I forgot to grab a receipt and did not use the app. We had a meeting to get to and I totally forgot. I called today and Brian their store lead pulled the receipt and sent to me. I was shocked how quickly he got it to me and he was extremely friendly and polite despite the sound of a very busy shift in the background. What a great team leader you have!
I absolutely love this Starbucks, it is my favorite one in Tempe! It is very student friendly and brings a sense of community. My favoritism for this location started with my first interaction with Bry. I came with my foster dog regularly and he was so kind to my dog and I. Always left with a smile on my face. The entire staff is caring and kind, but I was specifically compelled to write a review because of my positive interaction with Emily and Bry today :)
