Oh my goodness i absolutely LOVE this starbucks!! The barista Jolyn is my favorite ever! So sweet and always makes my drinks perfectly!!!

Great iced brewed coffee
Don't bother ordering ahead online. It won't save you any time. They don't start the order until you get there. There has not been a single instance where I've ordered ahead and they've actually had the drink ready for me at the time given by their app. Either way, you're gonna wait
The employees were super friendly and also wicked knowledgeable on the drinks and helped me pick something out and it was absolutely delicious.

This is hands down the best Starbucks in town!
Not only are the drinks crafted with care, but the staff is truly exceptional. Azalia and the rest of the team make this location feel special every time you visit.

I visited the Starbucks on Rural Rd in Scottsdale about a week ago. Aida, the shift supervisor, approached me and told me I had to purchase something immediately or leave. Later she changed it to “within 15 minutes,” which made it feel like the rule was being improvised. Meanwhile, I noticed that other customers who had not ordered were not approached.
When I went to the counter to order, Aida came from the back and insisted on taking my order. I stated that I did not want her to take my order, and she replied, “You don’t have an option.” This response felt unnecessarily unfriendly and made the experience uncomfortable.
I am sharing this experience because I believe store policies should be applied fairly and consistently to all customers.

So they close at 11 but shut the patio down between 6:30-7:30 so you're sitting at Potbelly outside seating which has ants.
Last time I was there ordered a vanilla mocha hot chocolate with oat milk. Made my stomach cramp up so bad my body went into sleep mode and I didn't even realize I'd fell asleep until a worker came and told me I had to leave for falling asleep and their policy is sleeping people must leave for the day. I left, went to an urgent care, diagnosed with food poisoning. Needless to say I won't be back.
As an investor, I'm bothered by the direction Starbucks is headed. I'm bothered by the treatment, the policies and now the food safety. So, no I will not come back to this Starbucks and nor do I recommend it.

Extremely rude, incoherent, mad at us before we even pulled up. Asked for extra cinnamon powder and had about 10 specs of cinnamon. Then asked for a little more and they made a new drink with zero cinnamon powder. Told them just wanted a little more in original drink and they dropped about half of a seasoning container of cinnamon on top. Had to go back in to ask for a new drink made and they were none too happy.

Just got sick from their breakfast burrito, it was defrosted but the moment I got a mouth full of the cheese my body started pushing it back out.

Please if you are a person of color do not and I mean do not visit this location I went there two days ago with my dog and my son through the drive thru and I asked for a vanilla cafe and got a coffee with ice no sugar no cream a vanilla been got a black coffee and I accidently took a sip and was intensely sick I had to go to urgent care they prescribed me antibiotics please stay away from this location
