Please if you are a person of color do not and I mean do not visit this location I went there two days ago with my dog and my son through the drive thru and I asked for a vanilla cafe and got a coffee with ice no sugar no cream a vanilla been got a black coffee and I accidently took a sip and was intensely sick I had to go to urgent care they prescribed me antibiotics please stay away from this location

I visit this Starbucks every day, but the new policy requiring a purchase to sit inside is driving me crazy. My issue isn’t with the rule itself, but with how inconsistently it’s enforced. I’ve noticed that some employees only approach some customers about it, while others sit without being questioned. As a regular, it’s frustrating to be repeatedly reminded of this policy when I’m already a frequent customer.
And while I understand business policies, Arizona’s extreme heat makes it feel unfair to deny someone water unless they buy something. If Starbucks is going to enforce this rule, it should be applied equally to everyone—not just selectively.

I called corporate in this store 3x they can't brake orders.
Carlos and entire staff are extremely helpful and they contend with a busy location (lobby) that stays open until 11 p.m. and a drive-thru that stays open until 11:30. They are also well stocked with food. Great job!
Update 3/2025:
Manager Hannah and entire staff very friendly and on 3/22/25, the staff stepped up to help shelter a victim of Domestic Violence that happened at their location - well done.

“Terrible service! I went in for a refill, which is clearly allowed under their policy, but the staff refused to give me one. When I pointed it out, they were dismissive and unhelpful. If they won’t honor their own policy, what’s the point? Very disappointing experience!”
