“Terrible service! I went in for a refill, which is clearly allowed under their policy, but the staff refused to give me one. When I pointed it out, they were dismissive and unhelpful. If they won’t honor their own policy, what’s the point? Very disappointing experience!”

Asked them to mix my drink because all of the espresso and sugar was sitting at the bottom and was told I could mix it with my straw because they 'cant really mix it more than that'
I order the same drink every day and may be mistaken but I do believe they have like half a dozen different ways to mix it especially if I'm being told to do it with my straw...

I had a pretty good experience at this Starbucks. It’s one that has seating indoor and outdoor, and has a parking lot. There’s also a drive through.
Washrooms are locked you just need to request the code to use.
It wasn’t overly busy when I went- I was able to get my drink quickly without complaints. Staff was friendly. Welcoming.
The seating area was clean and no concerns.
Lots of people seemed to be students and I guess this is expected since it’s the university district?
Would recommend and return if I was in the area craving Starbucks.

I don’t know this barista’s name, but I just went in to get a pick me up and saw that the ONLY barista on the floor had this truly genuine and warm smile. She has long blonde hair and arm tattoos, and it just made me think of how hard it can be to smile like that when it’s all you on the job and you have a lot of things being thrown in your direction. I used to work at Starbucks as well so I 100% understand the heaviness of the job.
I just wanted to say something about this and hope she knows about this review, because a thoughtful comment from a stranger always makes a huge difference.. something we never ask for, let alone expect. So to that barista that was running around tonight, I hope your shift wasn’t too hard and that you know you’re doing a really great job. I hope you don’t feel like this has to be your standard after seeing this, but I just wanted you to know I admire your energy <3

Nice Starbucks, was within walking distance of our hotel. Stayed and hung out for an hour in the morning. Good seating. Nice staff.

At this bustling Starbucks, patrons of all ages and walks of life gather, from those dressed in rags to those in the finest attire, from students to retirees, all coming to sit, relax, study, and enjoy. While some baristas appear to have a clear understanding of their roles and goals, others seem to be there for their own personal reasons.In any case, I have two key messages to convey:1. Please greet your customers with kindness and respect. Starbucks is in the business of providing service, not attitude. ****changed by the amazing management keeping up with customers recommendations and suggestions, great staff2. Take the time to tidy up the chairs and floors, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all who visit.* noticed a change in attempt to clean up the floor and chairs. ? but, train staffs to greet in smiles ?. It won’t cost them anything except making your customers feel good.??????This Starbucks has two bathrooms and today 25th May 2025 an employee closed both up for the past 30 minutes, it was very difficult. The woman at the barista, seemed had no empathy at all to scream at customers that would possibly take 15 more minutes. Coffee is like a diuretics, how come the management schedule or didn’t notice such type of no care to customers need. ? Horrific experience.Also, no control of people who are not customers at all and too many homeless in drug, smokes come into seat next to you and forced to be a second or third hand smoker. Disgusting!

The man with long hair was rude in the drive thru. Insisted we give him a tip and told us we had very loud music despite music being at 25% of my volume and windows all the way up.Will not be coming back here again.

Just lost my business. I stop by 3 times a day and always tip. Wanted a pike 40 minutes before closing,.They said they ran out of pike as I'm staring at pike coffee beans.I understand their drip machines are clean for the night so I ask if they can do a pourover. I'm told it's not available and offered an Americano.Won't deal with laziness or lies. Thanks but no thanks.

Don't know how to make a simple easy caramel Frappuccino. All others do it right. This place does it the worst. Too much ice and overlapped whipped cream I had maybe one inch of coffee amd i was disgusted. I found a reputable Starbucks way better than this one. The coffee makers here simply lost my trust. I HATE having to return here each time each order. Never coming here again.
