Starbucks ToGo.
They got rid of the seating. I wish these half Starbucks were labeled “Togo”. It’s always disappointing. Without a seat to sip it in it’s just expensive coffee. Don’t be fooled by the old pictures of tables.

Agree with prior review...restrooms were closed. No place to sit indoors. Outdoor seating for this little shopping center looked dirty. No restrooms + no place to sit = no order from this

Worst Starbucks I've ever been in. No restroom. No seating. No anything beyond staff that seemed to be bothered by having to assist you.

The drive through is a nightmare to turn into depending on which way you turn into the tiny parking lot and my Iced venti Matcha latte tasted like it had 1-2 out of 4 of the scoops I usually get at other locations. Literally like unsweetened green milk. ordered online no customizations except light ice request. Tipped .50 on the 6 ish dollars it came out to.

I will never come back to this Location. Drive -up ONLY. Not a place to sit & read.

They either put water or oil in the drinks instead of alternate milk. Paying for one thing but getting the other. It’s only during a specific time frame of the day it happens when I order at this location but no other location.
Bad service. The Manager Ashley needs many hours of customer service training. She lacks communication and social skills. Bathrooms are out of service because few customers have miss used it so Noone else can use it. Don't spend your money at this location. Ashly is not skilled enough to be a manager.

My elderly mother desperately needed to use the restroom while we were driving home, and was literally on the verge of tears trying to hold herself when we entered the Starbucks. The employees - first of all ignored us when we first walked in because they were too busy chatting even when I literally stepped up to the counter - and second, didn't bat an eyelash to tell us to go look somewhere else. I have never been so revolted by the utter lack of empathy and compassion for such a situation - my mom is 83 for God's sake, she uses a walker and moves slowly. I literally would have bought the entire store but no. Completely ridiculous and just disgustingly heartless that this is what customers in similar predicaments can expect.
Port of Subs saved us and I will forever be grateful, they were so sweet. At least they have the decency to give a damn.

Rude staff, restrooms always closed. Went yesterday to pick up a mobile order and decided to use the drive thru since there weren’t many parking spots and the barista got nasty telling me that I selected in-store even though there was literally no one in the drive thru. I will go out of my way to not go to this location. Don’t go here.

Love it here
They do not let customers use the restroom. They say because “too many instances”. So sick of Starbucks telling their employees it is okay to not let customers use the bathroom. There are other companies around that do not block the restroom. Just lazy employees at Starbucks it’s easy to out a combo lock on the door, if necessary. Who ever is the regional manager needs to rethink their stance of not letting CUSTOMERS use the rest room when it’s literally right there but blocked off.
I have gone through drive thru twice. The first time service was extremely poor and took 10/15 minutes to have two drinks. I assumed they were just busy and was perfectly fine with the wait. Later to find my drink was completely wrong, instead of wanting to cause and issue as we were far I left it alone. However, I arrived the second time on a Monday at 9:30 where there were practically no cars and there was still a 10/15 minute wait. And again, my drink is completely wrong. I asked for a hazelnut shaken and was given again plain expresso with milk. Don’t bother going here as you will just be frustrated.

I ordered the wrong drink but it was still a pretty tasty afternoon treat. I didn't like that my large drink was filled the same size as my medium and the staff didn't tell me they were out of non dairy options until i had already paid and they handed me my drink. What can you do, not all locations are created equal. ????

Ordered ahead to pick up in the drive through. When I arrived, the drive through and parking lot were pretty much empty, yet no one was attending the speaker, so I finally just pulled up to the window.
A group of 3-4 employees were standing right inside the window chatting, and one noticed me, frowned at me and said "hello?" I apologized and told her I was picking up a mobile. She retrieved the order, but continued to be extremely rude and insisted that "next time tell us at the speaker."
Order was good and as expected, so I left the tip applied in the app. But I won't be back to this location.
