Great service
Visited the drive thru July 18 at 1:56pm and was met with a super rude worker. She continued to cut us off when ordering. We ended up cutting our order in half due to this. When we drove to the window the individual could care less that we were there. She even closed the window before we could ask for napkins since we did not receive any with our food purchase. Not a good visit
Waited 35mins for a frappuccino. Very bad experience
Fast and friendly great job
Very rude
Made my Partner and I very uncomfortable and was very aggressive with us
Worst experience I have ever had in my life rude staff and giving false accusations while degrading us
This place was absolutely horrible
I feel the lobby isn't very welcoming for a Starbucks, but otherwise it's a decent location.
I ordered two drinks and both of them were made incorrectly.

You’re better off ordering from the app or drive thru at this location. I placed my order in person and they told me my drink would be on the left counter. I waited 20 minutes and still didn’t get my drink. I gave them grace because it seemed to be busy. But my friend asked about my drink and the barista was rude about it. Turns out she placed my drink on the other counter with the mobile orders. Didn’t even apologize for the mistake! I usually don’t go to Starbucks but I work in the area so it would have been a convenient place to get coffee. Next time I’ll get Dutch Bros on the way to work! Also, I witnessed someone stealing a mobile order that they had to remake. So even if you order online it’s still a chance you’ll have to wait.
Customer service at 7am is amazing. The young lady that's always smiling makes my morning.
I dont mind being denied using the restroom unless I'm a customer. But you denied an elderly man from using the bathroom simply because he didn't have money to be a customer.
Disgraceful, disgusting. I ended up paying $5 for a drink so he could use it.
Ryan is always so so sweet and the best!! This Starbucks is so lucky to have Ryan on the team!
As a loyal customer and former 5-year Starbucks employee, I’m shocked by how I was treated. The store was empty, and I was waiting briefly to be picked up. When I said I probably wasn’t buying anything, I was told I couldn’t sit inside unless I made a purchase due to “updated policies.” There was one other person in the entire store—I wasn’t taking space from anyone. I spend hundreds, if not over a thousand dollars a year at Starbucks. But apparently, if I don’t buy something right now, I’m not welcome. Sad to see how far the brand has fallen.
