This location is 50/50 depending on the barista. I have found that there are a few baristas that struggle to follow what’s printed on the cup. Today I ordered a venti latte with no foam, drove away, and found I had 1/3 of a cup of foam..:so essentially a tall latte for the price of a venti. Unfortunate. Will be more mindful in the future.

Tiffany is absolutely the best barista. Her Customer Service is over the top. She knows what I’m ordering the moment I pull up , super friendly., bubbly personality . Customer Service is what keeps me coming back to an establishment . We go there about once or twice a week and she calls us her regulars. I love it. I so look forward to swinging by here after a fun morning of photography.

Weather is over 100° and upon asking for a water in the heat the lady on shift at 7:15pm on Friday August 15th, 2025 said eshhhh well do you plan on buying something and my partner said it’s okay I’ll just pay for it then and she said okay good and charged us 1$ for water when it has ALWAYS been free. Lady had some kind of smurk. Management help this girl out with training ASAP!

Scottsdale Local

Visited the drive thru July 18 at 1:56pm and was met with a super rude worker. She continued to cut us off when ordering. We ended up cutting our order in half due to this. When we drove to the window the individual could care less that we were there. She even closed the window before we could ask for napkins since we did not receive any with our food purchase. Not a good visit
