Amazing!! Watched the barista make me drink with so much care. Not sure what his name was but he has black hair and was wearing the drive through headset around 10:30 today. The coffee was delicious and beautiful!

This is by far the most poorly managed location of Starbucks I have ever been to. Strongly suggest going elsewhere. Basic medium brew coffee unavailable. No employee taking drive-thru orders. When I’ve had their coffee, it tastes subpar. Won’t be returning here.
In a world where people are already trying to cut costs, save money, not eat out, YOU GET THIS… decided to treat myself at this location on my way to work. Venti peppermint mocha. Left a $2 tip. Service was nice. HALF A CUP THOUGH?! She handed me the cup and it felt empty. Had to use office coffee to fill it up. I’m not the kind of person to hand a product back in the drive thru. But maybe I should have on this one…

The people who work here are so extremely rude. I hate to be that person who goes out of my way to leave a bad review and I usually don’t but this was absolutely earned. I work right up the street and come at least 4-5 times a week and interacting with the people who work here genuinely puts me in a bad mood. Im not even gonna waste my time typing out the multiple times that i have had bad experiences. Making a drink wrong is one thing and not a big deal but just being outright miserable to deal with is another.
