Of every Starbucks I’ve been to, this one is my favorite! The staff here have consistently been the most polite, cheerful, and overall just a complete pleasure to meet. Whoever hired these people, I want to say thank you!Kid-friendliness: Any time that I come in with my son (3yo) they always speak directly to him saying things like “Hi! How are you” or “What’s your name?” Even things as silly as “Those are some cool shoes kid!”

It seemed like the order taker was nice when l asked for a Trenta even saying sure and yes But then the window person gives me a Venti!!!! You sad biotch! You just handed it over like it was a Trenta without explanation. Thank goodness its not my regular spot!!

This is the closet location to my house and this is the last time I’ll be going. Went to drive thru no one answered, drove to the window no one answered, went inside for my drink, get home took a sip and it was not what I ordered. It never fail there is always an issue with my order or someone with a trash attitude. So irritating! I’ll use the last of my points at start going to Dunkin.

Weird location with less than friendly staff. I had a huge order typed, and I got an attitude from the register person. It was not busy, it was after 10. I went inside, not the drive-through. I carried my own drinks out, so why the attitude?!

By far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever had the displeasure of going to. Took 15+ minutes to make two drinks. Ordered for pickup and they not only didn’t have the order made, but they also needed a reminder of what it was. ALSO, they were out of a lot of ingredients and couldn’t make a lot of different drinks.
