Was waiting a very long time at the register for someone to take our order, which was fine because they seemed busy making drinks and I wasn’t going to be rude. While I was waiting I took a closer look around the area behind the counter because I was just spacing out on it, and it was really very dirty. I saw bugs flying around and open containers and spills and I was worried a bug might fly in them. I quietly told my husband what I saw and asked if we should just go to another location, and he agreed and we turned to leave, as we thought they were busy and would be a minute anyway so they won’t mind. The thing is, immediately when we turned to leave the girl working said hello and helped the person behind us. It felt like she was waiting for us to leave and didn’t want to help us. Was it the way we were dressed? Did she just not like us? I wasn’t being rude, didn’t say anything, didn’t have a mean look on my face, so I’m genuinely confused. It made me want to cry, but that’s ok because it was really gross back there and it’s probably better for our health to not get anything from them anyway.

This review is just for delivery. Could be Door Dash but plz bring back the green stoppers and not use the white stickers. They don’t work for delivery. We just ordered an iced mocha with a sandwich and the mocha came spilled filling the bottom of the bag and the sandwich was completely soaked and ruined. Made a huge mess at the shop I was in. Again could be the dasher but maybe it wouldn’t if the stopper was used

I walked in there 5 employees and one Making the coffee for inside and drive through while other one are just looking ... order a hot olate latte... and was made the wrong coffee... and was given another coffee even worst didn't even put coffee just give me hot milk....... I wanted to throw my coffe right at them how they stand there and laugh and customer service horrible..... second time at location with bad service... won't go there no more...

We was on our way to Vegas and stopped at the Starbucks for a medicine ball it was so good they kept us up it kept us warm it was about 4:30 a.m. in the morning and they was open and cheerful and happy these people must really love their job cuz they was very happy to see people morning people are the best thank

This place is my favorite place to go out of all the places I go in town and the reason for that is the great workers here. They always work really hard even though there's huge lines of the drive-thru all the time yet my coffee always tastes the same. The quality standard is maintained very very well compared to other Starbucks otherwise I'm not really a Starbucks person. But the team of workers that work here makes it an amazing experience every morning
