The barista this morning made the best Frappuccino I've had in awhile, she was great. Really redeemed Starbucks and a negative experience I've had at a nearby Starbucks at Safeway. This one is consistent. Always good staff and good drinks.

do not place for pick up , baristas do not confirm with the person for their orders . i ordered so i could avoid wait time and when i come in they say my order has been picked up already what ? how ? how . obviously baristas did not check . and then they proceed to ask for my confirmation but not the person who took my order ‼‼‼‼‼‼

They remodeled. It's smaller on the inside? The service desk has more room now for the staff to move around while working. So, the change makes business flow faster. ?

Nice open seating staff is friendly but the coffee wasn't on par with the rest of the stores, coffee was beyond bitter and not full because of foam see

This is the second time I've ended up wearing my coffee because I was not informed that they were out of stoppers. I'm in full motorcycle gear. I'm obviously not going to be riding. Last time I paid for a danish and didn't find out that they were out until after I had my drink. I need to go to another location from now on.
8 outta 10 times won't have the ingredients to make a refresher.
