Came to this new Starbucks every morning to get a hot water to help my wife Heidi woth weight loss .shewalks in and ask them for a cup of hot water .they they denied her and told her they dont give out hot water that its aginst starbucks policy .. if that's the case why did they do it three days in a row the Starbucks over here barely started operation like a week ago and like I said they gave out hot Waters 3 days in a row. My wife is also a certified barista all she goes to coffee places in the morning and not one has ever denied her so I'm kind of confused

I had an amazing experience at this Starbucks I got a free drink for my bday and Sydney the Barista/Cashier did an excellent job with her customer service skills and she had a very friendly attitude plus a great smile so my experience for this Starbucks was awesome overall. The other Coffee maker/batista Tabitha also was very friendly and had a great attitude and good vibes for sure. 5 star rating I recommend this Starbucks to anyone who loves good customer service and a good experience overall...!

This branch really made my day. Not only get my joke but play along with me which made me laughed while pick up my ordered. Really appreciate this :)Today I have my normal as usual to start my Sunday and wish today is going to be a good day with Cheese & Fruit protein box my favorite + Berry Trio Yogurt and Decaf salted caramel cream cold brew. Perfect trinity \0/Cafe itself, small but cozy. Feel so relaxing while dine in here. Nice music. Cute and funny staffs. Seats are available both inside and outside for who love to challenge the heat. Toilets available for customers only.There is campaign called operation hydration to beat the heat which is nice and extremely suitable with this heat in this town. And ofc I’m in.Ngl,this branch become my favorite now. Will visit more often to see new jokes from staffs and start my weekend :)Vegetarian options: Protein box, yogurtParking: More than 50+ spots

This is the only starbucks i go to... the people in here are SO nice! I came in here and wanted to make my little sister feel better with a drink; she was having a rough day. My little sister is 8 and loves all things sweet and pink, but i didn't want to ask her what her favorite drink was because i wanted for it to be a surprise. So i literally walked in and said make me a sweet pink drink for my little sister who was having a bad day... and the girl who took my order couldn't of been more happy! We chitchatted like we were best friends while she made the drink. She turns around and hands me THE BEST DRINK I COULD OF EVER THOUGHT OF! It was like she knew exactly what my sister wanted! If you are reading this, and you made this drink, my little sister LOVED it and was so thankful! THANK YOU

I am extremely disappointed with the Starbucks delivery service I received. I placed an order for two people, which included some food items, protein bar and two iced coffees. However, when the delivery arrived, one of the iced coffees and a protein bar was missing. To make matters worse, the delivery personnel didn't bother to contact me to discuss possible alternatives or ask for a replacement preference. Instead, they simply issued a refund.This left me and my companion waiting for a refreshing iced coffee in the scorching heat for a full 30 minutes, only to be left empty-handed. It was an incredibly frustrating experience that could have been avoided with proper communication and a proactive approach from the delivery team. I expected better service from a reputable brand like Starbucks.I hope Starbucks takes this feedback seriously and improves their delivery service to prevent such inconveniences in the future. As a customer, I value clear communication and prompt resolution when issues arise, and unfortunately, this experience fell short of my expectations.
