I come to this Starbucks quite often however I must say my experience this morning was such a breath of fresh air with Jess in the Drive-Thru her smile is so contagious. I lift smiling and couldn't figure what I was smiling about thank you Jess I hope to see you again. Keep shining it makes the $$ worth it.

I don’t know if it’s just me, but every time I stop at this place, it’s horrible really long time. Wait to get your coffee and also stuff kinda like I don’t care and the coffee is just like doesn’t taste that good like other places like other Starbucks it’s crazy but I don’t know if it’s me or it really is this place btw been here like 10 times sometimes I just leave because of the wait time and when I get my coffee it’s just not good

Everyone here is typically friendly and good about getting your order correct. Today’s trip was in the Drive Thru window, and the employees had lot of fun with the dogs in the car all wanting their pup cups!Parking: Park on the north end so that it’s easier to leave when the drive thru is packed.Kid-friendliness: Wide open spaces for the kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to navigate with a wheelchair

Ordered the caramel ribbon crunch frappe, and it had no crunchy pieces in it like it's supposed to. I brought the drink back thinking they would refund me for the purchase price at least, but nope. The manager was super rude and refused to refund me even though they screwed my whole drink up. Will not be returning to this incompetent location.
