HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE. NEVER GO HERE EVER. THEY ARE SO DISRESPECTFUL TO THE CUSTOMERS. THEYRE RUDE TO ALL OF FAMILY. ADDITIONALLY, ALONG WITH THAT, WHEN MY FRIEND GOT A WRONG DRINK, SHE TOLD THE EMPLOYEES AND THE EMPLOYEES GOT ANNOYED AND MAD AT MY FRIEND. THESE EMPLOYEES ARE HORRIBLE AND THEY DONT EVEN MAKE GOOD DRINKS. NEVER BUY ANYTHING HERE EVER.

WOW! And Wow! After working all day and picking up the last of our families thanks giving food items. I decided to save myself a morning trip to my local Starbucks and just pick it up on the way out. As I approached the Fry’s Starbucks the SB employee was leaning on the side swing door complaining to a fry’s employee. I asked if I could still order a quick ice coffee to go. She rolled her eyes so long and so hard her eyelids were actually fluttering. There was a long awkward pause with my husband standing there and the fry’s employee. I told her it would be quick and easy she responded with she closes in 20 mins and has not had a break and this better be quick. I was shocked!!!! 11/21/23 Tuesday at 6:39 pmThis is not the first time I have been mistreated at this location. This is why I just prefer to keep going to my regular Starbucks. I thought I would try giving it another chance.Keep in mind I am very kind. I worked for Target/Starbucks as a Team lead for 28 years and I know this is not the way we are supposed to act. It’s not okay to treat people like this in any forum. I am hurt & disgusted that in her mind I was really bothering her.I now work for the school system and could not imagine treating our customers(kids/guardians) this way.EDIT-I have contacted Starbucks customer service to submit a complaint along with pictures of the address and time stamp off my app

It almost seems like between the deli and this Starbucks, people just do not want to work efficiently. You never know when the deli will actually hold to their hours and the Starbucks is so slow that I could walk across the parking lot to Starbucks and walk back and the line for Starbucks in Frys hasn’t moved. There isn’t a manager that walks around for service levels, it’s sad. Huge corporation without the infrastructure to keep business as usual.

not bad but not good enough for 5. Staff was okay but they didn’t take care what you said, wrong ice and wrong size. Hope they could be more careful what the guest said instead of chatting.The staff kept chatting and couldn't remember what they ordered. Will not be returning.

Went here on 12/04/21 at 240pm and the worker Andrew assisted me. He made me laugh and made my day. He also made my beverage with lightning speed. I recommend this spot to anyone craving Starbucks.
This location seems to always get it right! Never had a bad experience. Very friendly, quick , and awesome service especially when Andrew is working. Can’t go wrong with this place! I always get coffee from Starbucks, and some locations are hit or miss,but not this one…they are always on point!

Best location ever. The team works very efficiently amongs each other and are always in a good mood ready to fix any problems or preferences you might have. If you’re a regular at this place they memorize your drinks usually have them up on the screen before you can even open your mouth to order. Best place to get coffee. Great people and awesome service to go with!
