If you’ve got a nut allergy, stay away from here. I ordered a drink with oatmilk and was given almond milk instead. When I asked them to remake it, it was made with almond milk again! Luckily my allergies aren’t so bad but someone else could have died. Very irresponsible, do better.

I ordered thru drive thru. My drink was not made and what I mean by that is this drink was lik water melted as if it was sitting on the counter and they were waiting for someone to order the same drink. I also ordered my drink with oat milk and not whole milk and this drink was not it! Super disappointed. I’ve been to this specific location many many times before and I’ve never had a barista give me a drink that had been sitting around. ( you could also tell because everything in the drink was seperating, the milk the blended ice the whip cream and the Carmel all separating) they also covered it up with a napking and handing it to me.

It's a hit or miss. Asked for light ice (Sensitive teeth). Noticed when I got back to work my drink was made wrong. The matcha flavor was overpowering, had to throw it out since I got this during my break(no oatmilk to balance it out).
