Horrible experience. Tried ordering from online and got charged with a $25 reload fee for trying to use a coupon that wasn’t available in-store. Never coming here again.

I ordered thru drive thru. My drink was not made and what I mean by that is this drink was lik water melted as if it was sitting on the counter and they were waiting for someone to order the same drink. I also ordered my drink with oat milk and not whole milk and this drink was not it! Super disappointed. I’ve been to this specific location many many times before and I’ve never had a barista give me a drink that had been sitting around. ( you could also tell because everything in the drink was seperating, the milk the blended ice the whip cream and the Carmel all separating) they also covered it up with a napking and handing it to me.

It's a hit or miss. Asked for light ice (Sensitive teeth). Noticed when I got back to work my drink was made wrong. The matcha flavor was overpowering, had to throw it out since I got this during my break(no oatmilk to balance it out).

The guy this morning was not paying any attention to what he was doing.
I did not get a receipt- he dropped a bunch of stuff on the ground as he handed it to me through the drive thru window.
I told him a bunch of stuff you were handing me just fell on the ground, “you’re good” he said.
I was not impressed at all. So are you littering all day out of your drive thru.
I called back and spike to Dean who was trying to put the blame on me immediately also I had to ask Dean what his name was THREE times before he answered me.
Ridiculous. Never returning to a Starbucks ever again.

Don't bother asking the manager anything. She will tell you she get back with you. She never gets an answer, even if you go back multiple times. I didn't do business with this establishment and I am sure I ever will.

I prefer other locations. This one isn't in the best area. Bathrooms are locked, which is understandable. But they weren't very clean. Service is just ok
