This location has several staff members who will not say your name if you order on the app. At least two to three times a week I'm standing there waiting, listening for my name and nothing happens. Then I walk over to check to see if my drink is there and guess what it's there. I've asked why they don't say a name and they replied they do or at least they should have.

Horrible service! We walked in at 5:48pm to be told by the associate that they were closing at 6pm. There was no greeting!We waited for 10 minutes for our hot chocolates and the associate just pointed at them when we looked over to see if the order was ready.One hot chocolate was missing whipped cream and we just left instead of asking because we felt like we would be bothering the associates.

Stopped in yesterday - excellent service, loved my drink. Today... wow, what a difference. No greeting, waited at the counter for four minutes before acknowledged. Drink order not up to par. What the what??

I am writing this review because today, 10/03/2023, the worker Danny had the best customer service I could ask for. He was super nice and understanding of my order. Definitely will be making this my new regular Starbucks because of how amazing the service was with Danny. He is going to be very successful in the future and I recommend everyone being like Danny.

Beetween the company taking my stars away on the app and making horrible latee grande hot coffees at some stores like this one. This is why I'm done with this overpriced stuff and will try coffee bros instead. Not sure if the milk you use has changed or your just lousy at making these. I sent the first one back and the second was just as nasty tasting. For these prices learn how to make the drinks. Good bye Starbucks.

Lately the online orders have been not up to par. Serval times now we have redid we drinks without their syrups in them. Staff is friendly and the service is normally quick however, due to the quality of drinks we will be going to a different location from here on out.

The music was so loud none of us could talk. I did ask a barista if they could turn the music down a little & she said “it’s the third place”, still not sure why that meant they couldn’t turn it down. It was also over air conditioned so we sat outside in 112 degrees & it was more pleasant than inside. None of us will return & we’re all loyal starbucks customers.

I come here often! Great staff, everyone is friendly. My biggest disappointment was that there isn't a baby changing station. When I asked the staff they informed me they have asked several times for one. We walk here a lot and my baby needed a diaper change and I was informed that there was nowhere to do that. So my choices were out by the other customers or on the floor of the restroom. Sparing others from a not so pleasant experience I chose the restroom floor . Starbucks... you can definitely do better for your customers. Especially when likely a lot of us are sleep deprived parents with babies and toddlers.
