Incredibly rude Starbucks worker on 3/26/2024 at 7:50 pm, came to order and she said the machine needed cleaning and was telling us like if she didn’t wanna take our order. We said we don’t mind waiting, I have personally worked at Starbucks and seen the blender was fine and ready to use instead she intentionally wasted time washing a different blender, the whole time she’s making our drink she’s throwing and slamming thing as if she’s mad and throws it sliding it on the counter at us and doesn’t say a single word.. it’s not that difficult to make a 20 second drink. sorry for you having to do your job?

I order a medium coffee with double shotThe lady put so much milk and so much ice can be for XL cup , and then put only 1/4 in my medium cup , the coffee no even double shot , and also all the coffee test like water , very very very bad service ,Not providing to anyone stop by to get coffee there , also she charge me 7$ per cup , no even worth 1$

I stopped at this location before work and there were two girls working who seemed like they had absolutely no idea what they were doing. They took more than 10 minutes to make 2 drinks and we were the only two people there waiting for drinks. The drinks had absolutely no flavor. I worked at Starbucks many years ago and the drinks should always be made the same unless specified by the customer. Worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had

Customer service was horrible, walked up and greeted them with a "hello!" She stood there and said nothing, looked at me like she truly couldn't care less she was there. I then ask for 2 venti caramel brûlée lattes, try to get my points on the app, but it's a 3rd party so she tells me I cannot. I instead have to purchase an online gift card from the app and use that to get points. I end up just doing that and when we get our drinks it's apparent they have no idea what is on their menu, the drink is soo far off from what it usually is... save your $15 and go somewhere else that actually does it right and is willing to speak to you.

Paid for a Pumpkin Spice Venti Frap. Not cheap I know, usually really good. Today I got a cup full of blended ice with whipped cream on top and some spices. Weak drink barely any coffee or cream at all. Most expensive cup of crushed Ice and whipped cream I've ever paid for... Very disappointed... I recommend going around the corner to the real Starbucks on Rural. I'll never come to this location again and probably won't get Starbucks for awhile. I hate being ripped off $$

Garbage a** Starbucks. Fourth time i go and no oat milk. Poor management if you ask me. Like if tYou keep running out of oat milk doesn't that mean you should stock up? Managers go back to school and finish your degree because obviously you don't no crap about supply chain.

Great service from Andrea, drink was made to perfection! Loved the cute Christmas decorations. It's located inside Safeway, which is great to stop at during a shopping trip.

This Starbucks is bad the girl had a bad attitude and while she was working she would throw everything and in a bad mood the guy who made my drink gave it to me all dirty and messy when he gave it to me he just said its a little messy and didn't even bothere to clean it up before giving it to me and they where just messing around at work

waited for 5 minutes as two Barisitas talked amongst themselves at the Starbucks inside safeway. I didn't want to be that customer that got all rude while I waited for the two girls to acknowledge me and ask If I had been helped.Another lady walked up and the two girls stopped talking and asked it they could help her. I stared in disbelief for about a minute and then walked off to go to the drive thru starbucks around the corner on Rural and gave a nice tip and then went home.Safeway Starbucks had Bad customer and the Safeway on Rural around the corner had the best customer service ever and got a good tip from me.

Horrible customer service, order takers are awful don't listen or even know their menu. After years of ordering the same drink I was told it can't be done. After making multiple correct time drink and told it was correct still received wrong order. Once again when having to ask for drink to be corrected Customer service was trash again.
