I usually never post, but this morning I ordered a Grande honey citrus mint tea, and I had absolutely NO tea in my drink. I was on my way to work, and when I got to work realized there was no tea. I was disappointed, and unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy my drink. It definitely tasted just like warm lemonade. Usually they’re really good and on top it. But this was a simple drink, and someone definitely dropped the ball on it this morning.

5 stars for Jayden, likely 3 for the store—
Store was pretty busy and only two people working, that’s looks overwhelming, BUT Jayden was awesome, he wasn’t taking shortcuts on my drink and he actually shook my tea, something I struggle to find anymore when I visit a store and though it was crazy, Jayden was giving good service and it didn’t take too terribly long for my drink to come out so Thankyou for holding it together Jayden, hopefully you’ll get some support in the store
