Store was pretty busy and only two people working, that’s looks overwhelming, BUT Jayden was awesome, he wasn’t taking shortcuts on my drink and he actually shook my tea, something I struggle to find anymore when I visit a store and though it was crazy, Jayden was giving good service and it didn’t take too terribly long for my drink to come out so Thankyou for holding it together Jayden, hopefully you’ll get some support in the store

Back at Starbucks, this location isn't as cozy as some others, but it still offers friendly and fast service. You can enjoy all the great drinks and treats you love, with the same consistent quality. Despite the less cozy atmosphere, it's a reliable spot for a quick coffee break or snack.

They are closed on weekends. WHAAAAT?? Me and about 5 cars in front of me were sitting in line at the drive through. After about 8 minutes or so, I get up to the lit up, full menu order board and nothing...... "hello, hello?" All of us sat there for a period of time before we realized that no one is working there. This is the second weekend this has happened. I finally checked this website and see they are closed Saturday and Sunday. If that's the case, shut off the menu board or post your hours on the drive-thru and spare a lot of people a lot of time.
As of last week, I stopped coming to this location. The staff never wishes anyone good morning and is not very friendly. It is unlike the other locations that are closer or just go to Dutch Bros where are welcomed. Always treat you like family. Went here several times and maybe one out of 10 someone will say good morning. There are too many other locations with friendly people that make you feel welcomed. Not going here any longer. .

You really need to explain to your employees, company-wide, that tipping is available AFTER the mobile order has been placed, received, etc. I never tip before anymore. That's kind of insane to tip before you get the service. Too many times I've kicked myself for leaving a good tip and then gotten bad service. But I can tell that many of your employees don't know about this, and you can tell they expect you to tip beforehand because you almost always get some little c-word attitude when you come in to get your drink. Then they get no tip. How'd that work out for you, entitled little c-word?
