At least be courteous enough to let the people behind the car you just served that you are now closed and not taking any orders. Got stuck behind a car waiting for someone to take their order which could've been avoided had you told us you were closed.

This location is ran by a bunch of college guys. The drinks tasted terrible, the service was worse- the guys was talking so quickly I couldn’t understand a word he was saying and he wouldn’t slow down despite having to continually repeat himself. Lastly, the store was a mess - trash everywhere and nothing seemed to have been wiped down in a while.
2 out of 3 times my order gets messed up. Very simple coffee with sweetener and cream. I bet if it was one of the signature drinks it would be perfect.

If you have anyone with you that is disabled in anyway, dont take them to this location. The staff ask them to leave. Attitudes here def need to change. They dont seem to understand that not all disabilities are on the outside. Absolutely disgusting, I go to starbucks daily, however not this one any

When I order extra caramel they literally just don’t. Lazy team which is a shame for a nicely designed Starbucks. I go out of my way to make sure I go to a different starbucks
