Got a venti peppermint mocha in drive thru and after we paid for it and drove off I noticed that it was a half cup only. I've been a Starbucks customer for years and this is the first time i noticed this. I'm wondering how many people are getting ripped off like this. Make sure to check your coffee before you drive off.

Go to this one every morning and they leave giant matcha powder chunks in the drinks and for some reason they decided to put salted caramel cold foam on it and not the vanilla one and my bf is allergic to caramel ! really appreciate it! great service guys

Mia was extremely rude. Would give a zero if possible. Came in to get some coffee after a drive from Tucson. My grandmother had to use the restroom so I asked if there was a code and she said yes With an RBF I asked for the code and she said “are you going to make a purchase?” I said yes why would I be here at 5:30am

Go to this Starbucks occasionally and their coffee is usually always mid, not exceptional but also not terrible. Today however I ordered my first pumpkin spice latte of the season and it tastes so burnt. I’m not sure how they managed to do it, but it even smells like a burnt campfire. I don’t get any hint of pumpkin spice, just ash.

I was with my sister and felt very lightheaded and needed water, I was pale, yellow, and dehydrated, I have a medical condition, when we got there I told my sister to just get a large water, I could barely breathe, and just about to pass out, we had to purchase something and I just told my sister to just get whatever, we live in a desert guys come on

The staff are always pleasant but I find that my drinks are consistently watered down. I thought maybe my tastes had changed during my move from the central Phoenix area to South Mountain, but I find that other locations are more consistent when it comes to the tastes that I look for with my Starbucks drinks. I have been returning to this location due to convenience and hopes that I am wrong in my assessment. However, I ordered my first pumpkin cold brew of the season and it was very disappointing. I really do like the staff here, but I think my money is better spent at another location.

They're supposed to open at 3:30 a.m., I placed an order at like 3:50 a.m., show up, nobody is answering the intercom at the drive-thru, I walk up to the door, it's locked, people can see me, I know they can see me, they just ignore me, I'm rushing to work, it's past 4:00 at this point, no response from anyone. This is exactly what I would expect from this location on this side of town. Slack, rude, lazy.

I went up to this establishment to get a pub cup and a hot water for myself, and the employee wouldn’t even help me or serve me. Said that they couldn’t serve free items to me even though they could’ve charged me for the water, but I was not given the chance to do so. Very unprofessional And I will not be back to this location. Please pick employees that know how to give good customer service.
