They pay attention and know your name here, and the drinks have come out consistently great. I'm very much a fan of this location, and I will continue to visit every week!

I walked in to pick up my drink order from the app. No one else in the store and the baristas didn’t greet me, didn’t reply when I said something to them while handing me my drink. Then the same person proceeded to throw a fit stating “Ugh! Why is she here?! I can’t stand her” about someone that came through the drive thru. It was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had at a SB location.

I went through the drive thru @ 2:47. My drink was made incorrectly. Upon asking for a remake the barista ( Jacob K) became irritated, did not apologize. Just perturbed with the lack of customer service vs increasing prices.

I ordered 2 drinks Caramel frappe Twix drink I ask the lady at the drive through if she can make a Twix drink and she said we don’t really make the Secret drinks unless you know what’s in them and I told her it was in it and they made the drink but she put so much chocolate Syrup in the Bottom of the cup it’s so much it’s like in drink the Syrup and then I have to put the drink right away when I get home in the freezer because it’s not even like it’s watery like idk what’s up with the people that work there but they are so careless and and like they job or something because every time I go to this Location because it’s literally down the street from my house instead of going out my way all the way to the one on Alma school in Guadalupe, which I done plenty of times because I do not wanna go to this location, but I was like maybe today will be different. Maybe there’s new people nope, not at all 🙄but this will be my last time going to this location

This location is super busy. I placed an online order thinking it would be faster to have my coffee ready instead of using drive-thru. Boy, was I wrong. It took 45 minutes for then to finally call out my name. There were a lot of orders left in the counter. The custo.ers were just walking out.
Horrible service, I waited almost 20 minutes for a Frappuccino, while watching multiple people who came in after me order and get their coffees FROM THE BLENDER. I asked multiple times when my order would be made and got rude replies from the staff, or simply ignored. Obviously my order was given to someone else, and instead of fixing the issue I was just given a cold shoulder. When asked for my money back the woman laughed and thought it was comical. This isn't the first time my order has been messed up or misplaced but that was the last time I'll ever go to this store. My co workers and I will now be going to the human bean down the road.
