The staff are always pleasant but I find that my drinks are consistently watered down. I thought maybe my tastes had changed during my move from the central Phoenix area to South Mountain, but I find that other locations are more consistent when it comes to the tastes that I look for with my Starbucks drinks. I came to get a Strawberry Açaí with lemonade, and in the process of making my order, the person at the counter was friendly and courteous. The other baristas were busy and seemed to be cheerful.

I received my drink in a reasonable amount of time, and it was made the way I asked. Easy ice and a small amount of dehydrated strawberries.
