Would rate a zero, if I could. Came to get coffee for my son on campus and was told I could not pay in cash, when they have a sign on their register clearly stating they accept cash. Craig that works there was the one that told me they don't accept cash. Saturday around noon.

I am an ASU student and an ongoing, consistent costumer at this Starbucks location specifically. Today i ordered a Grande Iced Sugar Cookie Almond Milk Latte. The inconsistency of this location and the poor customer service is never fails to baffle me. A quality beverage and a mutually kind interaction with an employee shouldnāt be a difficult accomplishment. When i received my ālatteā i was distraught. my milk seemed to be completely separated and the āsugar cookie flavorā tasted chemically in the most unappetizing way i could think of. The employee concocting my drink seemed as if they were in a rush. The remaining employees were standing around, some sitting on the back counter, and casually conversing. I truly hope that these numerous issues are resolved before my next visit. Thank you.

I order from this location about 4 times a week and almost every time i order sweet cream cold foam my āfoamā isnāt even foam. It looks as if the workers just poured milk into my drink. This is extremely disappointing. I look forward to enjoying a refreshing bf drink after a long day and they continuously mess the drink up causing it to be extremely unsatisfying.

Consistently disappointed in the service at this Starbucks. Every time I come in itās as if they just opened. Iāve been asked to wait for food because their oven isnāt warmed up several times, they regularly donāt have ingredients to drinks and food items, and their employees are rarely friendly, especially the manager.Iāve seen lots of new (to me) employees come through there and most of them seem very poorly trained. If management could keep things in stock, get employees to show up on time and prep for customers *before* they arrive, and be a little more friendly, they could easily turn this place around.

Just like many other reviews have said, the baristas are typically snooty/rude and thereās usually a ton of things out of stock, so I rarely come here. Yesterday they were out of every type of milk except regular and coconut. I ordered my drink and received it without whipped cream or the toppings. Turns out they didnāt have any of either one, but they didnāt say anything until after I asked when I got my drink. I know you canāt really do anything about not having a product, but they should at least make a sign or something that shows what theyāre out of so that people know before they order. Or allow for substitutions
Maybe they donāt make their foods at certain times or Iām incorrect, but Iām told there was no food when I got here. Needless to say, about 30-60 mins pass and more people come in, and what do they order? Food! Do they get the food? Yep! So either Iām incorrect or I was lied too because itās inconvenient for me to be hungry in the morning. The person that told me this was in all black, no barista apron. Thanks for nothing and for lying to me.
Fast service, but no hand sanitizer. I ordered three drinks and was not offered a cup holder like at most other Starbucks.
