These little girls that work here have way too much attitude to be in customer service. Got mad today because THEY misread the label and made a cold coffee instead of hot. Manager is nice but she needs new not so entitled staff. Cashier was nice but the barista and her attitude gotta go.

This location closes at random times and it's happened multiple times. Google right now shows you are open until 3pm, I got there are 1pm and you are closed.

I was in this location on 1/13/25 and saw the manager (Ashley) treating her staff with utter disrespect. She was yelling at her employee using provocative language!

Then I was in on 1/14/25 and saw the employees struggling to clean up a flood by the back counter and didn’t seem to see a manager on duty to help these poor girls struggling!

I will never go to this Starbucks again the manager was extremely rude and her employees seemed like they were walking on egg shells around her.

Usually Starbucks brightens my morning with the cheerful staff and happy smiles, but this location made me sad for the workers that had to deal with the passive aggressive attitude from their manager (Ashley)

I come to work here in office, understanding that they are really busy this whole week but I had ordered my drink around 8:10 am. Everyone in front and behind me got their drink but mine never came out.

I work in the office building nearby and have always had a pleasant experience outside of today. Starbucks discontinued serving peach tranquility alone and it is the only tea I can drink. I have a heart condition and also cannot drink Mint Majesty tea due to esophageal disease. When I worked for Starbucks Mint Majesty had caffeine but even if it doesn’t I can’t drink it. I politely asked to just get a tall peach tranquility (as they have made it for me before) and was told they were too busy. The manager also had commentary under her breath. It was just inappropriate, especially when I’ve not caused issues in the past and have always thanked them for helping me. Made me think about the woman that was yelling at them earlier in the week. Unfortunate.

This place is terrible. It was 3:32 and my kids really needed to use the restroom. I was even going to buy a coffee but there were two people just sitting at the desks glaring at me and wouldn’t let me through. Extremely rude.i get they were closed but 20 minutes later I witnessed them let someone else in to pee. What the hell.

The drinks are usually good. But the experience is why they get 1 star. The manager is nice but the staff is pretty rude a lot of the time and forget drinks then give you attitude like it’s your fault they didn’t make it.I pre ordered my drink and arrived a little early so I didn’t mind waiting. But my pick up time came and went. About 15 min after I saw a couple of other people waiting and asked if they were waiting for their mobile orders and they were. Theirs was late by 18 min. I asked about the mobile orders since people were coming in and getting their orders that were just placed and ours weren’t even started. The person behind the counter said (with attitude) “I’m going to start them soon.”Fine I waited. Another few minutes and see my drink. So I ask if it was for me and a different worker said “yea I’ll give it to you in a minute” and walked away. I’m annoyed and about to be late for work at this point and had to leave. Finally got my drink while the others were still waiting on their mobile orders that were placed before mine.I have multiple other coworkers that have had consistently negative experiences with the staff at this location. They even forgot ones drink today and when they were asked about it, a staff member, in a rude tone, asked if she even paid for it. Not just in an inquisitive way to find out what happened to the order. But very accusatory as if she didn’t even order the drink.Over all I suggest a different location if you want to be treated at least a little bit ok since this is a regular occurrence.
