My first trip @ 530 a.m.was great fast and friendly, the second trip at 745 was not as good place was busy order process was great fast and friendly, the wait for my grande white chocolate was longer than it should have been. My drink was passed over for easier drinks and the team member was noticably frustrated. She was very quiet and the customers had to repeat the names so they could be heard. She finally got some help and things moved along quicker
