15 minutes for a coffee it's watered down beyond belief mostly foam and a they left an inch on the top for my whipped cream. Now I find out they closed the bookstore Starbucks and I have to go to this one all the time

It would be nice if these people knew corporate policy. Have people waiting for 30 mins for a coffee. Don’t make it correctly. Then blame you for what they don’t know. Make isssshhhh up as they go…not going back…completely lost my patronage 👎🏼

I ordered the grande matcha latte add 2 more matcha latte. I don’t know what they are up to. They make for me the matcha latte with no milk only 2 cups of matcha powder. It tastes so gross. Like water add some matcha powder in it. I was running late but I really couldn’t drink it. I said my Starbucks was wrong and she literally add 2 more match powder and give it back to me. The result is I am so late for my class and the matcha is still fk bad

I’m an ex starbucks partner, just got a venti Passion Tea, light water. to standard, you have to measure out the passion tea base, and water into the shaker, add ice, and shake. i watched the barista laugh and talk about how “you can just pour it in the cup, it’s fine”. and to add to it all, my drink ended up having something weird in it. please just make that easy ass drink to standard? it’s not hard.

Been a student at ASU and had coffee here alot. It used to be good. Now this particular store has started charging for Whole Milk and Cinnamon powder as well when no other Starbucks charges for it. I ordered a Tall Chai Tea Latte with Whole milk and cinnamon and had to pay a higher price!! When asked it doesn't match with the app or store or anywhere Starbucks wide, they say they are charging now for any substitutions as the sales are LOW!! Hope they realize the real reason for low sales. Pathetic coffee these days for higher price. Avoid this place.Also, the people working here now do have a attitude problem.
