“Excellent service at this Subway! The employees were attentive, patient, and really took their time to make sure my sandwich was perfect. The veggies were crisp, the bread was fresh, and the whole place felt clean and well-kept. I walked out satisfied and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this location

Worker was making a messy sandwich and smashing the bread. The way she was making it was not appetizing. Pushing the cheese down with her whole hand. I told her I would like the other lady to make my sandwich and she proceeded to argue with me. So disappointed.

I was really disappointed with my visit to this Subway48 and baseline . They were out of most of the meats and veggies, and even the chocolate chip cookies weren’t available. The trays of food looked frozen with white frost, which didn’t seem fresh at all. The place was also noticeably understaffed and not very clean. Definitely not the quality I expect from Subway — this location really needs better management and upkeep.subway is not it anymore this is my second time walking out

Great teamwork!! The manager communicated with her team well. Loved how the team communicated together. My sandwich was good as well. Store was very clean.

I usually don’t write reviews, but from my experience today was terrible, the manager and employee had an attitude towards me when I say there was an missing item in my order and making me feel like ordering was a problem. Fast food should be quick and friendly not disrespectful. If this is how staff are allowed to treat costumers, I won’t be returning, and hope cooperate takes this seriously.

Terrible customer service. I simply went in to ask them to fix two sandwiches they made mistakes on one being wrong and the other completely missing from my order. The lady proceeds to argue with me about how she watched her co worker make it and it’s right. First of all, I know how I ordered my sandwich. I didn’t want a brand new one just to fix the one that was missing condiments and make the one that was missing. Never again….

The manager was very rude and started a shouting match with me. The sandwich ordered was made in correctly and when asked to remake it she throw some random shit on it and throw it to me. Very unprofessional and sge needs to be fired. When a customer is paying their money and helping you keep your job you should do what's asked. I want results immediately!! The time and date was 9/17/2025 @ 12:30pm. I was served by 1628 manager and 999997 this who made sandwichs. I need corporate to reach out!!

The ladies were amazing and so very friendly. The ladies were attentive and have a lot of heart. Very kind. Definitely recommend. It's hard to find good customer service these days and these ladies are definitely Rick stars. Thank you again.

So bad customer service a girl work in the Tuesday evening too bad behaviour with me . I told her i want this she ignored me and very rude and too much ego . I don’t know why people hire like these kind of person which don’t know how to treat with customers. But I appreciate there rest one staff they are very good and always treat everyone with polite and with smile

Under staffed only one person working even if you have an online order they dont care and you show up to up your order and its still not ready whats the whole point of ordering ahead if it's not ready and still have to wait in long lines

Service sucked from the lady in the glasses and tattoos
First the wrong bread and then I let her know she gets annoyed and then the wrong cheese I let her know again and then the WRONG MEAT I ordered a chicken salad sub and she tried to tell me that the whole chicken pieces is the chicken salad and then she stops my order to help 2 other people behind me in line and says it’s because I’m an online order when I’ve already been there for over 45 mins because there is no veggie patty option on the app
She also skimped on everything
The ladies working were awesome, the entire building is very well kept. Unfortunately the homeless like to come in and hang out to mooch the cool air and water cups that they frequently abuse for soda.
I hope corporate sees this to assist these ladies with this problem they shouldn’t have to deal with.
