I’m leaving this review specifically because of one of the workers here. I met Amanda shortly before the holidays and have gotten to see her a few times since. She’s my favorite sandwich artist and person to see whenever I come in. She’s personable, knowledgeable, and is fun to talk to! I haven’t seen her as much lately but i hope that will change as she is a big part of the reason I’m a repeat guest.

The manager was rude and pushy. I believe her name is Ined. I asked for creamy sriracha on my sandwich and she excessively loaded my sandwich with it. Every bite I took was straight sriracha. However the other lady was super nice. No complaints about her whatsoever

For all the individuals upset that they can’t get a bathroom key, that’s not a problem! They let you in and have a policy about letting the key out! Not because you’ll steal it but you may forget you have it or lock it in the bathroom! That’s not a reason to complain and leave 1 star! The food here is always good and handled properly and Amanda does a phenomenal job of assisting customers and maintaining quality happy friendly customer service! Very pleasant experience every time!!!
I got food poisoning from the spicy Italian sub I got here a week ago. Was throwing up all night and couldn't even keep water down.

It's one of the dirtiest places to eat at. They give you old bread out of a cookie container instead of the oven. The workers have attitudes. There is nothing fresh at this location its always go backs for bread and they give it to the next customer. I witnessed employees with salt and pepper stored in cups and using it for customers after touching raw meat and vegetables with the same gloves. 10/26/2023 5:45 pm Thursday.

Walked in to very loud music. Employee behind counter yelling across to employee who walked in with me about a employee issue. No greeting, did not make sandwich correctly and no thank you. 444 needs some training.

I came in on New Years Eve and a lady named Jade took my order. I was absolutely shocked at the top tier costumer service she gave me that I had to write a review and I never do! She deserves a raise!!!!

I was at this store on 11/9 at 6:20pm. The 2 guys working had most everything broke down as if they were closing w/in next 1/2 hour. Condiments usually over ice was set behind that by where oven was. No soup, no cookies! It was as if they closed at 7pm and not 9pm. The one kid acted as if we were interrupting him “closing up”. I will be calling Mgr tomorrow and asking for corporates number if I don’t find it tonight! Very disappointed as I have had good experiences up until tonight. The fact they had the veggies/condiments OFF the ice is a MAJOR health hazard!! Wished I would have thought to take pics. I did ask them if they knew the store number and neither knew! This was at the 2700 W Baseline RdSuite 131Tempe, AZ 85283 store11/12 - 3 days later and NO RESPONSE from this stores mgmt and/or owners. Pathetic

Came in with a coupon. Didn’t get to actually use it. They told me the coupon doesn’t cover the sub that I ordered. The cashier charged me for a turkey sub, but added on bacon and something else. It ended up being about the same price as regular, The sub was ok, I would expect better for the price I paid. It seemed like they were murmuring under their breaths behind the counter after me and my son sat down to eat. They kept staring at us too, kinda uncomfortable.Won’t be returning to this location. I might just stop eating at Subway all together since their food comes out of boxes and plastic bags that are way too overpriced for a cheaply made sub. I can get a fresh one elsewhere with Better customer service. The store wasn’t that clean either.They play their music too loud there as well. Can’t relax and enjoy my meal.Kinda ghetto. If that’s what you are into come here.
