Though lines may be long employees are quick with how fast you get your sandwich which is nice, and employees at this location are really nice.

Just came in for lunch with my daughter who shares a birthday with me and we both work at ASU. The service here is amazing and all of the staff including Julie, Andrew, Maria, Silvia, Lesley, Mary, Fabian and Robbie are all exceptional. Will come again many times.

Very good for a subway. Staffs are great. Everything is in perfectly balanced proportion.
On multiple occasions the workers here have not properly changed gloves or watched their hands when handling what goes into customer’s sandwiches. Some of the veggies I have gotten on my sandwich from here have been spoiled. I’d eat at a different place in the M. U.

Staff is not trained properly and super rude. Needs some seriously customer service training
Untrained staff. They bill you more than your order's worth. If you order the same thing 3 times, they get it different every time.

Very rude staff and customer service. I attempted to use an actual and valid coupon but one of the staff members told me that they don't accept those. She didn't even verify this with anyone else.
Although I generally like Subway, I believe they should consider hiring new staff. During my recent visit, I encountered some employees who were quite rude and yelled at me when I asked them to repeat themselves. It was a loud cafeteria, but they still spoke very quietly, and I had a hard time understanding them because of their accents.I believe the employee that yelled at me was Reyna. She worked lunch shift on Wednesday.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Every single pickup order I’ve ever received from their location has been made incorrectly, the food is always rancid, and they have 3x more workers on the line than a normal subway but somehow still take forever.
