On multiple occasions the workers here have not properly changed gloves or watched their hands when handling what goes into customer’s sandwiches. Some of the veggies I have gotten on my sandwich from here have been spoiled. I’d eat at a different place in the M. U.

Staff is not trained properly and super rude. Needs some seriously customer service training

Untrained staff. They bill you more than your order's worth. If you order the same thing 3 times, they get it different every time.

Very rude staff and customer service. I attempted to use an actual and valid coupon but one of the staff members told me that they don't accept those. She didn't even verify this with anyone else.

Although I generally like Subway, I believe they should consider hiring new staff. During my recent visit, I encountered some employees who were quite rude and yelled at me when I asked them to repeat themselves. It was a loud cafeteria, but they still spoke very quietly, and I had a hard time understanding them because of their accents.I believe the employee that yelled at me was Reyna. She worked lunch shift on Wednesday.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Every single pickup order I’ve ever received from their location has been made incorrectly, the food is always rancid, and they have 3x more workers on the line than a normal subway but somehow still take forever.

Subway always offers great pricing but they need to upgrade their staff. They have really slow staff.

Pretty awful location. I counted 8 staff, half of whom were standing around doing nothing. They have no clear workflow strategy here, and they’re iiiiiiiiincreeeeeeeeeeeeeedibly slow. Seems like some of them are new, which is fine, but they had to keep looking up at the menu to figure out what was on the MexiCali sandwich I asked for.Speaking of the menu, there were no prices posted for their new lineup of subs. I asked what the prices were, and the guy pointed up and said “it’s the number next to the sandwich.” And I was like, “uh, no, those are the calories, bruh.” Doesn’t help that there’s a massive language barrier and we can barely understand each other. Sandwich artists? Naw dawg. It’s like they’ve never made a sandwich in their life until the very moment I ordered mine.

They aren't their around 5:30-6pm they had already closed up when I got there it was stupid of them to leave before closing time cause it says 9pm, they also don't even have there hours posted

Kavon (shift manager) and Love along with the entire team member crew from 5-6pm on January 28, 2018 all deserve pay raises and promotions. I have been attending Subway Restuarants across (6) difffernt states over (11) different cities and I have never had the same experience I had with Kavon’s shift. The focus in his eyes yielded a result in my sandwich which tasted like heaven on earth. Thank you Subway!
