I ordered food here 2 days in a row and both days they forgot the same item . The first time I thought it was an honest mistake but the 2nd time the next day. Almost felt like it was on purpose. Then I try and call them to see if it was sitting on the counter forgotten and picks up and hangs up. So I call about 6 times, double check the number. But nope. They never picked up. Everytime I've gotten food here it's been stale or they've been out of something. I think it's maybe just lazy employees. But In general one of the worst subways in tempe

I put a catering order in for this store and nothing went wrong. The only reason I got service at 4 stars, is because they have ONE GUY doing everything. I had to get 5 sandwiches for my job and they were only able to have dude. Ontop of my order, there was walk ins and online orders, he was really kind and I did my best to show sympathy. Theres really no reason for there to be only one manning the ship there. His managers gotta get homie some help fr. Anyways other than that, everything was top notch for me

This place was DIRTY. I normally don't even review places like this but the soda machines were so sticky I couldn't get it to shut off and there was dried blood on the counter?! Gross! It was the middle of the day and it was dead so there was zero excuse for a sticky floor and visible dried blood near your soda machine

This is a good Subway. Bread is always fresh. Veggies crunchy. I've been here 5 times now so they have a good pattern going. Staff is friendly and the shop is clean. Huge parking lot for a easy in and out versus anywhere near ASU.I've actually enjoyed it more at this location than the local Jimmy John's...

You guys would have a better rating if you actually made the food right you missed not 1 not even 2 but 3 of my ingredients that’s crazy how do you not know how to read I’m truly disappointed in this subway and won’t be coming back and I’ll make sure my friends know better this is the first meal I’ve had all day, do to a long hard day at work you have 1 job to make a sandwich it wasn’t even a complicated order how do you mix white bread and Italian herb and cheese I will definitely be telling my friends not to go here you didn’t put banana peppers or my chipotle sauce nd there’s no way this is Italian herb nd cheese bread.
