Did a mobile order, came 20 minutes later when the app said it was ready and she had barely started on it. Employee was slow, kept prepping new orders without finishing previous ones. Overall just shocked at how slow food was made and movement of the workers

Late online order and still didn’t even toast my sandwich
I came to this location on August 11th at 2:15pm and the two gentlemen working gave me amazing customer service! They were both happy and nice, which makes a huge difference. The one at the cashier told me about the rewards program so I can save money next time I come in which is always appreciated. Thank you both!!!

I come to this location often. Everytime I come in and Isabella is working I get the best customer service. The location at the time didn’t have olives and a few customers were giving her a hard time but she was very professional and handled the situation great. I am a manager of a payroll company and I would highly recommend and consider anyone with her type of customer service. Keep up the good work!

Almost gave it a 1 star cause the one named shyina or whatever had and attitude, she also had her phone out which is the problem the problem is she just put it in her pocket and and put gloves on without washing hands. I gave it 3 because the manager made up for it with his customer service and gave me 10 percent off. I go again but if she's working I'm walking right back out

Ordered for pickup and they had it ready but still made me wait in line to get my order
Edit- ordered online again and they hadn’t even started my order when I got there, I showed up 5 minutes after the given time. They simply do not care how long you have to wait for your food. I order ahead of time for a reason.
The worker took half an hour to make ONE sandwich. there was a line of 10 people. Her excuse was that she’s new. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but… yikes.
You can’t even reach them on there number. They don’t answer and they need to put the mayonnaise on the bread instead of in the middle of all of the vegetables so that when you take one bite all the mayonnaise falls out and now you eat a dry ass sandwich
Terrible is an understatement! This location doesn't follow the hours of operation, you can't contact anyone at the store because they don't answer the phone, and the voicemail doesn't work. I placed an order for pick up at 9:45PM. The website, corporate and online states they close at 11PM. I got there and the lights were off and doors locked.I tried calling both corporate and the actual store. No response! They won't even refund money on mistakes they've made. This is why you go to Jersey Mike's or another sandwich company.
This is always the worst subway I've ever been to. The kids working here are always rude. Can't follow simple instruction. Can Not make a sandwich to save their life. Their cookies are always burnt. I have been over charged so many times here. YES I want my recipe. Why? Because yall over charge me for things all the time. Train your people please!! Unfortunately this is the one close to my work. And I love Subway😩 just not this one.
