Almost gave it a 1 star cause the one named shyina or whatever had and attitude, she also had her phone out which is the problem the problem is she just put it in her pocket and and put gloves on without washing hands. I gave it 3 because the manager made up for it with his customer service and gave me 10 percent off. I go again but if she's working I'm walking right back out

Ordered for pickup and they had it ready but still made me wait in line to get my order

Edit- ordered online again and they hadn’t even started my order when I got there, I showed up 5 minutes after the given time. They simply do not care how long you have to wait for your food. I order ahead of time for a reason.

The worker took half an hour to make ONE sandwich. there was a line of 10 people. Her excuse was that she’s new. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but… yikes.

You can’t even reach them on there number. They don’t answer and they need to put the mayonnaise on the bread instead of in the middle of all of the vegetables so that when you take one bite all the mayonnaise falls out and now you eat a dry ass sandwich

Terrible is an understatement! This location doesn't follow the hours of operation, you can't contact anyone at the store because they don't answer the phone, and the voicemail doesn't work. I placed an order for pick up at 9:45PM. The website, corporate and online states they close at 11PM. I got there and the lights were off and doors locked.I tried calling both corporate and the actual store. No response! They won't even refund money on mistakes they've made. This is why you go to Jersey Mike's or another sandwich company.

This is always the worst subway I've ever been to. The kids working here are always rude. Can't follow simple instruction. Can Not make a sandwich to save their life. Their cookies are always burnt. I have been over charged so many times here. YES I want my recipe. Why? Because yall over charge me for things all the time. Train your people please!! Unfortunately this is the one close to my work. And I love Subway😩 just not this one.

I usually do not have a problem with this subway place but today I came in, and this guy was very new did not have a problem with the slowness at first until he started putting the toppings in. He had his AirPods in I usually do not have a problem with, but the problem was he answered his phone call and was talking got my order wrong. I just wanted to rush out of there so I did not fix my order.

Service and food need improvement.
- Only a few bread typesavailable, most not available.
- “We don’t do marinara sauce on chicken sandwiches” - that’s a first from dozens of subways I had pleasure eating at.
- There was 4 sandwiches being ordered at the same time. Server decided to keep making all four (including grilling) before taking payment for the first one. By the time he was done with all four, the first one was cold. Once again not a standard approach at subway chain.
- Bread was dry/crusty.

Plus: restaurant was pretty clean and well maintained.

Horrible customer service! Order 2 sub sandwiches online and store cancelled order. Showed up and kid behind counter said he had to cancel since they ran out of pepperoni. Said he called 2x and I told him he could’ve left a voicemail. He said he wasn’t allowed. Not sure why?? Had to order online again and wait. No apology and very inconvenient. Kids behind counter didn’t seem to care or fix the problem. Not going back again!

Went to subway Friday and had the best customer service experience ever. The 2 employees that assisted us were Lisa and Lala. They greeted us as soon as we walked In and were eager 🤩 to assist us. We were ordering a total of 4 subs so it was a lot but these 2 ladies had no problem making our order and knew the subway products. Their team work was outstanding. They were patient, speedy and very friendly. They are the reason why we will always come back to this same location. Thanks 🙏 Lisa and Lala for the awesome 👏 service. We appreciate you and all your hard work.

The staff is so nice and respectful one of the best Subway's I've been to in a long time. Food was extra fresh and delicious. My girlfriend and I were extremely happy!!
