MIKE - TERRIBLE PERSON AND HIGHLY INCOMPETENT. I came in today during my lunch break and when I walked in Mike and the short Caucasian girl with tattoos on her arms looked directly in my eyes and didn't greet me or anything.I stood at the order counter for about 3 minutes as if I was invisible. They carried on their conversation as if I wasn't there. Long story short - Mike made my sandwich, was very rude and short! When I checked out he did not say thank you or didn't ask if I need a receipt or anything.I went to my car to cool down and when I went back to express his unprofessionalism and started arguing and yelling, and told me to phuck off when I asked him for his manager's name: Bre. He proceeded to go to the back and started yelling gibberish. They should not be in customer service AT ALL. He has no people skills, was highly unhinged and is a straight WHACKO! Hey Mike - get mental help soon, buddy. Bre: You should quite too. Apparently, subway hires individuals with very low IQ and emotional control. The customer service at Subways have really gone down hill lately. I stay aways as much as possible. No thanks, Charles Barkley. 03/07/2024

I travel all over Phoenix for work and stopped in here to buy a couple sandwiches at 9 o'clock tonight and their restrooms are closed so I cannot wash my hands before I eat... will never stop here again , the store on Ray doesn't seem to have this

My daughter & I came into this Subway location, first time ever, around 8:24 am today. We got 2 footlong subs & a large drink. Now before I start, the food was as tasteful & great as always! Absolutely love Subway food.My negative experience was due to a young African American girl who was helping us. Her attitude, lack of enthusiasm to want to even do her job & give great customer service was beyond disappointing to see. She acted as we were bugging her & like she had to get back to her friends (texting or talking) or back to her social media videos. It's such a shame to see how people have changed negatively & how this younger generation expects these company's to put money in their bank accounts but yet act & give the customer service this young girl gave my daughter & I today.I highly suggest Subway you do something about employees like this one. I know definitely not to comeback here on a Sunday morning because chances of getting this rude, unpleasant customer service again is very likely.

I ordered a black forest ham and turkey sandwich on the app and am disappointed in the fact I don't see one thin slice of ham in this sandwich and the tissue paper thin slices of turkey have hardly any flavor, but the vegetables and dressing gives a decent flavor... Too bad I had to remake it once I got home. I usually love this Subway because I get a good sandwich or no bready bowl and have always been pleased in the past but this is weak. I'll have to find a new location or something.

If I could get a 0 star I would unfortunately the manager bri is racist. This location is experiencing discrimination against colored people and refuse to interview black applicants after lieing and leading them on. For weeks … I wish people like this wouldn’t get power in a store because diversity will be impossible… I will be looking into discrimination lawsuit and will be contacting HR headquarters for this subway… only reason bri is getting this review is because she called me by my name 3 times and lied I’m my face 4 days straight said she will call me back when you could have just told me and now that it’s obvious I’m a black man on the phone she is not hiring this will be my second law suit this year I’m not playing with these companies anymore the west coast is disgusting at this point
