Worst experience. I placed an online order they completely messed up on my sandwich. I asked what did they provide as customer service for me having to drive back up there and they told me they would just remake my sandwich. I will never order from this Subway again. Terrible customer service.

The night workers have bad attitudes and no customer service, but at least they portion sandwiches better than other locations. They never have any soup (seriously, why not have two ready like they do the meatballs? Is it that hard?), they never put everything in the bag and just make you pick it up off the counter and try to balance all these items or do it yourself, they act like you're a nuisance for choosing to eat there. It's like they choose the worst high school students from next door, no interview or customer service necessary, don't even train them, and don't monitor them at all. I just want my sandwich and occasionally a cup of soup (that I never get) or cookie with it (that's always rock hard because they burn them), what is their problem?

Glob of nasty cheese on my sandwich, thank you, I hope that subway goes under in the next year. Maybe pay higher and hire better workers. Contacting AZDHS because this is unexceptional. I've ordered multiple times with about the same quality.

The service was good, very nice and prompt..however my sandwich was tiny. Almost $10 for a tiny sandwich, no drink, chips, or cookie. It was good, I don't think I got what I paid for.

My husband and I had great service from Anthony and Brittany. We ordered 3 sandwiches and the foot long nachos and they made everything quickly and efficiently. They had great personalities and were very friendly. The food was delicious. We will definitely revisit this store.
