Very chill place for Sunday Brunch, the vibes were nice and the staff are efficient. Food was very good, just was a hit or miss on the potatoes which is totally fine. The 1-cent champagne is a very smart marketing move I love the concept. I am definitely gonna visit

5 stars because it’s Sun Bar and the problems are more an issue you of dated practices the business itself is run well. It’s 2024 I understand problems but not accepting mobile IDs in this day and age is ridiculous. Also can you guys get an actual rail for your show venue? In most other regards it’s fine. Security is dismissive and rude but that part is very typical of asu.

Decent enough to hang out with friends. Atmosphere is electrifying upstairs but you need to buy tickets, those should roughly cost around $25. Street parking is available, so no dedicated parking spot. Drinks are reasonably priced.

Went for a brunch on Sunday and let me tell you, the food was bland af. You’ll need to put hot sauce on everything. The music was getting progressively loud every hour. Service and the vibes were super good. Not a place to get a good food

Fun spot for the cheap mimosa brunch weekend special. Definitely more of the college crowd given the area (I was with a bunch of 30 somethings). But super fun and one of the highlights of my trip to AZ over the Thanksgiving long weekend.I was told Sunbar would be POPPIN' but it was lowkey when we went (probably because of the holiday). Either way, had a great time. Food was decent, there moreso for drinks and the hang. Some of the reviews complain about the paper plates but I thought they at least looked nice since they had the wood look. Our server was amazing and attentive.Would go again.
came down to arizona from minnesota to see an edm show here with my friends for one of their birthdays and they didn’t let us in because she had just renewed her license. so they apparently “don’t except” temporary paperwork even if you have the expired license with. the guy checking ids at the door said he was manager, not sure if that’s even correct. he said that if we would’ve came yesterday before she renewed her id we could’ve gotten in, but 20 hours later she cant get in just because she renewed her license .. a legal requirement ?? i also do not see a location on the website where it states that this is a requirement nor is there a FAQ section … make it make sense. if i could give this place a negative rating i would.

I wish I could leave zero stars. Terrible attitude from the security who claimed he was the head manager & terrible customer service. I paid for a show for some friends & for my partners birthday. We were turned away even with proper identification, very frustrating to have friends travel from out of state, pay for an event and transportation there just to be turned away by the very rude security. I've heard terrible things about the security and seems to check out. First and last time but never even got in, I will not be returning. Seemed like a shit show of a place with self entitled staff.
