Stopped in this morning with family for breakfast and wow what a wonderful experience. The food was top shelf yummy and our server Joseph was absolutely the finest. Very personable and engaging. I could have hung out there for hours talking to him. Everything from him was a positive positive and again, delicious food!

Night Shift
After driving by quite often I decided I would stop in see how the food was. The food was pretty good The service was good. When I ordered The eggs Benedict Farmer it came with some kind of potatoes I decided to swap that for tomatoes and order the corned beef hash. That corned beef hash was really really good. Highly recommend ordering some. The coffee and orange juice were good. I like the atmosphere of the restaurant it has a nice view to the high-rise buildings down the road. I went in on Friday morning as I walked in the door one of the female servers was going to help me and one of the guys jumped in not sure why then I heard later as I was eating I could hear him say sorry I took the customer from you. Not sure what that was about.

Food is simple / not over complicated and is nostalgic to home cooked sunday meals back in the day at home.
Prices aren’t to out of reach and the menu is pretty big.
Parking isn’t to bad but is a very small lot that is free/ shared with other businesses.
No stars got there close to closing would of been easier to tell us you were no longer serving ordered coffee server came back and said they were done serving coffee....go figure its a diner got up and left .

What a great surprise this place was! We stopped by yesterday as we were leaving Tempe after the Ironman, and it was one of the few restaurants open before 9am on a Monday. It’s a very local spot, and the food was really good. The coffee was delicious, and the service was excellent… especially from the young guy who helped us. We honestly had an unexpectedly great experience here. Nothing to envy compared to the fancy restaurants we visited in Tempe the past few days. Definitely give this place a try if you’re nearby.

First off, the food at this place is always a win. I like coming here because their food is consistently delicious. I always know my food will be exactly how I order it. The staff is always accommodating and friendly. Our server Emily was amazing! She was incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. My friend recommended Sunnys before heading to an ASU football game. Our party of four was quickly greeted and seated. Joanna our server was quick to come over and chat with us about the Saturday special and to recommend the Mimosas. We got the Mimosa flight which has 4 different mimosas to try out. The food came out quick and it was delicious! The coffee was hot and Joanna came by and refilled it as soon as it was getting low. She was absolutely the best! Her upbeat attitude and personality really shined through on an early Saturday. The atmosphere at 8 am on a Saturday was chill and quite nice actually! My friends and I will definitely be back to try the lunch and dinner options.
