Wow! I work in the offices near by so catch myself coming here once a week. From the customer service, to the ice cream itself, it's to die for! Every employee I've had has been nothing but nice and helpful. Always have the best recommendations. Ambiance is very laid back. Pricier on the ice cream side but worth it in my opinion! Very rich & creamy and many unique flavors to choose from. Last week I came to get this flavor in a small and came back this week for the pint lol. Definitely recommend

My friend and I each tried a few of the flavors, the ice cream wasn't as creamy as we'd like and we were a little disgusted by all of the gnats flying around in the store. At night, you can see a whole swarm of them on the walls, not sure if they can help that but didn't leave a great impression. The almond toffee brittle was the best thing here. The dark chocolate sorbet is a good choice for a non dairy alternative.

The quality was very good but the girls at the counter were so rude and impolite!

I was visiting family in Gilbert and had my sister bring me here. I was very excited to try what I had read was the Best Ice Cream in Arizona. I’ve had Clementine’s in St Louis, Betty Rae’s in Kansas City and Graeter’s in Cincinnati but this wasn’t like any of those. At best it was okay. I had the Brown Bread and my sister had the Salted Caramel Swirl. But neither had much flavor. I will say the girl at the counter was very sweet and super hard-working.

We came here with high expectations as we had heard such great things about the ice cream. Well, unfortunately it did not impress us. We had the real mint chip and the creme brûlée. The mint chip had only the slightest hint of mint in it and the creme brûlée was very bland tasting. Very disappointing, doubtful we will be back.

Ice cream was good, but the shorter lady with black hair I think she was the manager or owner? Not sure, but she was micromanaging every single employee, made the whole visit extra awkward...very

We went here with some family after getting some lunch close by. This was GREAT ice cream. I could’ve tell they use good quality ingredients. I tried the Milk and cookies and my wife the crème brûlée. Our family got different flavors too and not of us were disappointed. We live in the east valley so probably won’t be coming here any time soon but would stop by if we’re close! Well worth it.
The only place you can get the Best Blue Moon ice cream ever.. I'm so glad this brought back to the menu and I hope it stays forever.. so the flavors are great. Very chill place to have a good scoop of ice cream with family and friends.
This place is WAY overhyped. When we went they were out of many of their flavors. I got the butter pecan and the texture was awful. It wasn't creamy and left a very strange residue in my mouth. Not a fan! My husband got strawberry flavor and said it was alright.

I like to take my out of town visitors here. Great ice-cream homemade flavors. Take outside and eat by the lake. The mint chip is the best!
