Reading the stores that delivery driver I would give this place a zero if I could not because of anything that the employees did because they were only doing their job and they actually provided excellent customer service on my visit today however restaurants like this sign up with delivery services like Uber eats doordash and others in order to make more money they don't sign up for the convenience of the customer obviously it's about business. And then there's different ways of doing things such as the drivers need to get out of the car and go get the order and are not able to go through the drive-thru most likely this is for a reason that has to do with benefiting the business as well. This is not beneficial for the drivers and the delivery services are equally at fault because the drivers are having to get out of the car and go get the orders which is wasting more time and these drivers services are paying less and less every day they should actually have a lawsuit against them.

Well, not a lot of veg/vegan options, and the ones they have aren't any good, tasteless rather but I've heard that the non veg options are good. I usually get fries from here and they taste pretty good. Atmosphere ain't good cause a lot of drunk and homeless people are there inside and around the place, making it a bit unsafe at night time.

See the picture? That ruined my appetite. I paid for avocado ranch and I got a separated oily verde sauce packet that looks like it had been sitting out. Where are the standards? On top of that my order was completely wrong, was given beef instead of chicken.

The food came out quick. It was hot. It was tasty even though it was a busy crowd. Those those guys pumped it out quick. They had clean gloves on. You could see everything. Their kitchen was clean. The restaurant was clean. Everybody was very respectful in there even though I was probably the oldest guy in there but long and short it was late and I was hungry and they were there. So thank you Taco Bell

Can't lie, the smell is not always a pleasant one when entering , specifically the one on rural and apache in Tempe. But the customer service is solid, and the food... we'll it's taco bell forsure.

Just got home from picking up my order after working all night. All 4 of my crunchy tacos were stale. Not cool at all taco bell.

Food ordered online. Had to wait 10 minutes in store on top of the walk here. Did not receive all items, had to wait longer for the missing items and no one would come up to the counter to help me. There were at least 4 other people doing the same.
