I work at ASU so I've been by this taco bell countless times, and it's the only taco bell (out of many) that I've frequented which always gets my order correct. They never put forget to take off the onions or other modifications and they always remember to add any nacho cheese or other sides I order. They're also very diligent about asking if you want any sauces and they're very friendly. Additionally, they seem to keep their refried beans well hydrated, which is another taco bell rarity!

This is probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The service is terrible. Team members have a horrible attitude and I believe the manager with the short hair and glasses she tosses and throws food into the bags and tosses the bags to the drive thru like this isn’t food being handled. I would say skip this Taco Bell and head over to a different location.

I had two coupons and the manager only let me use one when their night manager told me I could use both next time cause they messed up my order & I had to wait a while and then she was super rude to the homeless man that came in …. Not a good look tbh, went in today at 12/12:30 ish

Tristan provided the best customer service I’ve ever had. Very good at communication and helpful. In every way made my order very easy-going. My food tasted great and the soda was really good. Great experience & positive vibes. He went above and beyond. At the drive thru.

Slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever seen. The workers here don’t have any sense of urgency whatsoever and that always leads to excessive lines for no reason. Nothing fast about this food.
Unbelievably slow service. It took 30 minutes to get a chalupa and a taco despite the drive thru being completely empty. Go anywhere else.

40 minute wait for ONE burrito is insane this is the WORST taco bell in all of Arizona . None of the staff members gave a damn about waiting and hungry customers its almost like you place your order and they go and catch the cow they need to make your food . Just to get your order and it be completely screwed up.
